The staff is excellent. They are very helpful and listen to us old timers who can't seem to handle new technology. The lady that helped me "Maria" was very patient. T mobil has one of the best plans for military (active, reserves, retired).

Love to waste time could’ve just handed me my protector ringed it up really quick and I could’ve gone home to do it myself but the employees love to have attitude and take their sweet time talking up the customers

MARCUS is an amazing And extremely helpful employee of t-mobile absolutely. As for the manager sarha she is very rude and snaughty She interrupts Her CO- workers and is rude to customers Marcus was trying to help me and she interrupted and was very Unprofessional Inserting herself in the conversation cutting Marcus off and then proceeding to be rude to me and I'm not even sure why? I was there with 3 different people and we all just looked at each other like we didn't know what was going on. Her supervisors need to speak to her about how to conduct herself in a professional manner and how not to be rude to her coworkers. Handled our concerns professionally and very efficiently was able to solve the problem that we came in to the T-Mobile store about about and in a timely manner. Not sure why sarha is a manager there at all? She also interrupted one of the other coworkers a female who was very friendly and having a great conversation with 1 of the customers sarha was quickly dismissed by the customer because sarha inserted herself again in another conversation which she was not a part of When she started talking about her and her husband's boat they take out early in the morning the customer did not seem interested in her conversation he was having a wonderful conversation with the girl that was helping him. He shut her down fast. This lady needs to be reprimanded. Sarha you are rude and Arrogant And no one cares for people who want to brag about the things that they have especially when they were not invited into the conversation. Watching you in the store treat your employees boys like they are your servants your servants are talking to customers like they are children Is embarrassing for you And a shame That t-mobile does not train their managers better. Especially with customer relations.

This T-Mobile has TERRIBLE customer service I went in to discuss a deal I saw online previously, I called beforehand to make sure this deal was accurate also. So I went into the store and told the employee, without even checking to see if what I had seen & been told was valid the employee behind the counter literally scoffed at my request and acted as if I was lower than them, then asked if I was sure I wanted to go through with my purchase but the deal was something completely different from the one I was literally told 10 minutes beforehand. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff I would rather travel 30 minutes out of my way then stop at this location.

3 stars for the good service and genuine help from this one guy that helped Me and my husband trying to lower our bill & getting ahold of all the benefits of our package phone bill 🙌🏼👏🏼 Very friendly and business. And 0 stars for the young Mexican girl that does not have no good customer service skills at all! And she stares too much too hard for no reason, rude and rude disrespectful little girl.

I originally posted that the service was poor. My Cell service is poor due to the fact that I live in a national forest and there are no towers here. The service representative, Jhoanny, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My phone did not have an application on it and he showed me several phones that were options for me to purchase that had the appication I was requesting. Since my cell service is weak, Jhoanny also referred me to Tech Sercives for a "cell spot" booster. This store is convenient, the personnel friendly and I recommend this location highly!

Esmerelda was amazing. I came in yesterday with a phone that crashed. Not only did she get me set up with a new phone, she was also able find away to transfer all my data. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Thanks again, I appreciate your help immensely

Went here so they can change my screen. Was waiting in line and I saw more costumers come in and this Hispanic guy asked me to leave and wait outside side they reached capacity. I asked him if I was the last costumer? And he was like no but you have to wait outside. I will not longer be going to this location. I was not going to wait outside in 90 degree weather.
