Worst chase ever! ATMs rarely work. Drive through atm is always broken.

Today l will be with drawing my 30 grand plus from my savings account. I was denied chase credit. I also have direct deposit and will be closing my checking account asap. There are smaller banks that would love to have my business.

Disappointed that they rejected something that i had signed up and put my account. Where i really needed help. My fiance was trying to help me and I feel like i cant have money in my account now. The fact you rejected my funds, im struggling. I blame you guys and regret going into Chase and signing up….

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I am giving 5 Stars for the branch Manager Jaime. He went above and beyond assisting me and my handicapped father with a recent, frustrating Chase Phone support issuse, regarding a third party check from my father to myself. Jaime met with us at the branch and negotiated a series of telephone calls and 'on hold' wait times for over 2.5 hours. Poor guy worked straight through his lunch break. The Chase telephone support members, who were obviously working from a 'script' were making the entire experience much more difficult than necessary. Ultimately Jaime handled the (somewhat difficult) telephone support staff with tact, grace, tenacity and professionalism. He worked through the all the issues to resolve the problem. Thank you Jaime! We are very grateful for your patience and generosity of time.

My wife and I went to the teller service for a restricted access problem. Rather than telling us to call customer service or have us play phone tag with other chase lines, Shelly Ratcliff went above and beyond to help us solve this problem. She was great. She called multiple lines for customer service to figure out this problem, waited on hold for what felt like hours but were more like 20-30 minutes. She knew how much we were getting frustrated and confused with what they were telling us so she easily defused the situation and started making us laugh and smile and it worked. By the end of it all she had figured out our problem and another customer service representative also helped us out and made our life so much easier. So thank you Shelly and the customer representative (sorry don't know the name)

I love this bank mainly because of one person. My favorite associate is jacinda (spell check sorry) she is so personable and very accommodating. There is just something special about her and I love seeing her here when I come to the bank.

They take have my paycheck and hold it for no reason. Spoke to 6 different people and not a single one could explain why they were holding the money. They refused to make any adjustments or in anyway help their customers. 800 number is a joke with long wait times and when you finally get someone they end up transferring you to another person instead of providing service. Just another large company that treats their customers as expendable.

Be extremely careful if you are forced to make any kind of transaction. I went to cash a check and 10 days later I realized they run the transaction as withdraw. So I called and they gave me the run around for a week until finally they resolved the problem. But it was not easy, I had to make multiple calls and a couple of visits. Lot of time wasted. But at the end, they found my missing check. I still do not, understand what happened, but just be careful and make sure you confirm your transaction whatever it is. The branch manager was powerless and lied to me. They have no training, no motivation, looks as if they were forced to be there. Terrible experience. Corporate should retrain all their stuff or fire them all. It is a shame that a Wall Street traded company is not performing at a 100%.

Lilly, is an amazing employee. She is very caring, and she was very thoughtful, and she will be the reason that I stay with Chase. She’s an actual human being, not a computer. She made me comfortable, she explained everything, and was very respectful during this strange time in our lives. Lilly is an asset to chase. Make sure to ask for her if you visit this branch.

Worse experience I ever had in my life. If any bank deserves to go out of business then this bank is the one to go to. I opened an account here and deposited my money. When I went back to do another transaction, they had closed out my account and told me 'due to suspicious activity, they closed the account.' When I asked them what kind of activity they were talking about they said they could not disclose any information to be about this. Hey its my account and I want my money! They said it would be sent back to me within 4 to 6 weeks and I never did find out why it had been closed. Banks feel that they are above the law and do not have to answer to anyone and the government lets them get by with this. If a private citizen did this kind of thing we would be thrown in jail.
