Dr. McClean is the best. She is personable, listens well and is really there for you. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician.

It took over 24 hrs for covid test results. We had to actually physically go into this clinic for the test results which were +. No one called us about the results. By then it was 28 hrs later. This was the second Covid test after the first one came back false and thenbdeclares false-positive 6 days later. Then got the run around for the anti-viral with a know-it-all nurse who kept asking the same questions for 10 mins. and patter herself on the back for "being right." The patient is over 70. I highly recommend Denver Health. Denver Health has quick and thorough communication with Doctors and Nurses who greatly care for their patients. If your with Kaiser switch to Denver Health. You won't thrive at Kaiser.

I just had a re-exam by Dr. Susan Fong and I couldn't be more impressed with her knowledge and her efforts to think outside the box to find a solution to my vision situation. I have been a Kaiser member of approx 20 years and I wouldn't think of going any place else. Quality care at a cost I can afford.

Great experience with Dr. Susan Fong in Optometry department on August 25th providing a medical exam and prescription eyeglasses. Outstanding services from Paula Jeffries in Optical Center helping with frames selection and order process. Kudos for exceptional services!!

Dr. Brittany Bastow is not only a fantastic physician but over all great human being. So is her team. My primary care is amazing too Dr Jennifer McLain. Everyone at this clinic is really great. Thank you all for taking such great care of me. It reminds me why I'm going to school to be a doctor. 😊💗

The people who work here, specifically at the front desk but also the pharmacy, are always just super kind and helpful. I’m definitely the person who would rather ask my questions in person or over the phone, and sometimes I get really confused, and they’re always really gentle and patient with me.

Dr. Rachel Mason, this is Carla Williams. I wanted to send you a LOUD shout out! When I met you, I was in deep darkness about my circumstances which led me to you. In the small time I had with you June to August, which is the BEFORE surgery and the AFTER surgery, I’m left with a different mindset about the expressive encounters with you as an honest Dr. Who showed me you love the patient no matter the circumstances or nationality, race, color, or gender. You proved you will get a patient to a state of mind that allows you to do your best work in the office clinic or in surgery. I appreciate you for treating me with love that felt like that of a sister, in the room guiding my emotions keeping me in the now! I thank you for treating my life like it mattered how I’m living it! 🧐Remember you said, “ you’ve been functioning with half a gas tank of blood in your body, let’s get you a full tank so you can live. You are way too young to be going through all the changes you’ve been though living life at 50% avoiding stairs,” etcetera? It was then I realized I’m safe and I will be feeling better soon! 🏾 most definitely are a “unique Dr.” that I believe was sent to me by My Yahweh, my Jireh, my “ I am” in the highest of the heavens and who is the creator of all people! Thank you so much for how you treated me in the room behind closed doors, and in how you cared about all areas of my well being and minutes prior to the surgery, having all hands on deck, speaking to me prior to surgery, and you coming in before and after the surgery! That caused me to feel like a VIP! Thank you for having placed others you trusted knew my situation in the room with you, and who are a pillar in the surgery room with you. I was truly amazed and so happy when I was able to realize what happened to me as the (Anesthesia) wore off… I awakened to way more less pain than a C-section by the third day, I was just taking ibuprofen:) 🏾Are gifted and I pray Shalom on your life! That Nothing is ever missing, nor lacking or broken in your life or in anyone’s life connected to you! I am safe and I’m a proud patient. Thank you for your service! My scars look great! 🏾😁💃🏾🏃♀️🎉🎉💯

After a year with a different insurance (where I began trying to renew my prescription ten days before I ran out, but ran out anyway and it took an additional month to even be recognized by the company and two weeks to see a doctor after that ) I am back with Kaiser. It took 15 minutes on Thursday to be recognized, assigned a new doctor, set an appointment and have my prescription submitted for refill. The next day it took ten minutes to be approved and I was able to get my meds 7 days BEFORE I ran out! Ok, it's a big system, but I have only had one problem in 40 years being cared for by Kaiser Permanente.

My experience was great from the beginning. Trish the nurse was very personable and attentive. She explained everything thing she was doing. Dr Fong is very nice and she remembers you and explained everything well. Dr Fong is always very positive and upbeat.
