I was really torn on this review previously, but today changed my mind completely. I took my Lexus here because I had really bad water spots from sprinklers, and I was quoted for a full interior and exterior detail. They were able to get all of the spots off, and it looked great when I picked it up. However, when I got it in more direct sun, there were polisher swirl marks ALL over the drivers side. The detailer also left a bottle of cleaner on the seat, and it made a permanent light stain. I was pretty disappointed. HOWEVER- I brought it back today and they resolved the issue completely! My car looks great! They do the detailing outside so I think the marks were an honest lighting mistake. Everyone here is extremely nice. They even vacuumed out my interior before they gave it back without me asking. I will be returning for sure. Service: Auto detailing

Hopefully you've been here before and you know what you're doing, because i showed up and parked in line only to block someone else in who was trying to get out. I'm sure they do a good job because there were a lot of people there to get their car washed. There was no directions on where to go or where to park. I ultimately just went somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE!! ( I am not able to select no stars; or I would). My family member was here last week for a car wash and an EMPLOYEE took off on a joy ride in her car. DROVE off and stole the car. This business does not seem to be aware of the individuals they hire. 5 hours later the vehicle was found with severe damage. Service: Full body wash

The workers are very disrespectful and unprofessional, especially to women. When there are women walking outside, workers whistle and honk at them like crazy. Sometimes they even yell things at them. This is unacceptable! Women shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable passing the car wash or even when using their services. They even catcall young teenage girls! VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING behavior. They should not be a business at all. Save your time and money and go to a car wash that is respectful and treats you professionally regardless of your gender.

The person that details your car is the one who takes you to inspect it before paying. So it was very easy for him to look over my shoulder and point out how good this and that looked…. Kinda like a “used salesman” Cliché makes you feel. So you want to just sign and get out of there. Don’t do this. If you take your car there take your time and look around. When I moved the front seats forward I saw he didn’t clean the back under sides/floor, there were 2 stains left, the roof was untouched, there were smudges and finger prints everywhere, but especially on the windows I only saw once I got in the sun, etc. This is a perfect case of “You get what you paid for”. Took my truck there to get it detailed and forgot to take a 100 dollar bill out that I keep under my floor mat when I went to go and check and see if was still there a couple Days later it was gone! I called and they told me a manger is going to call me back never received a call back! Called again and left a message and yet again nothing back! If you want to take you truck to a place that is not honest and will steal from you to here! Would not recommend to anyone a reported stealing and nothin done not even a call back is no way to run a business! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Took my new car there to get its first wax, the guy said he would do the high speed buff if I just tipped him well. So 120 for the wax and then a tip for high speed buff. I figured okay. Well all of this only took him an hour? To me seemed like a lazy job and then I seen my tail light had be scratched up from the high speed buff!! DONT not take a new or higher end car here if you want quality service. I’d rather drive back to California where they know how to clean a car properly!! Service: Car waxing

I wish I could have got the truck washed.. my truck tires are to big for the track. But they offered to hand wash the truck next time .. they did clean my tire and wheels .. but these guys work hard and clean your car super good.

Rating 3 stars only because I was there for 3 hours. No joke. I got there at 2:30 p.m. and was driving away at 5:20 p.m. on a Friday. I did get detailing (shampoo my seats & vacuum) & was happy there was air conditioning inside, comfy couches and I was able to read my book. If I didn't have my book, I'd have gone stir crazy. Cost $160, which I thought was OK because I'd never had my car detailed before, but was later by others that the cost was over the top. I was bummed to see not all my dogs hair was vacuumed from corners & crevices. They also have a bulldog inside the office - at times my dog and I would go outside, when they would let their bulldog out.

They damaged my vehicle during service and agreed to fix the damage. After waiting to hear back I was told they were too busy and were not going to take responsibility for the damage after already having an agreement. Lack of professionalism do not take your vehicle to this business. Service: Auto detailing
