Filthy, trashed, place looked shut down. I went to wash my dog there and the trash machine didnt have soap. Disgusting. Looks like a homeless camp the amount of trash.

Omg paid for this dog wash !! No shampoo! I should have known place was trashed & I mean trashed why would I expect a good dog wash !!!👎

I have to say that the owner is on top of this place.! I am at fault for what happened but I have to tell the story. My daughter and I were here cleaning up my newly obtained vehicle, & It seemed the vacuum was clogged. I could see that there was something stuck in it but the door was latched and locked and thinking I was doing a favor stuck my fingers in and the latch popped off. As we were finishing up with the vacuuming the police came stating that the owner called because he witnessed the latch being broken. On the camera, then proceeded to do all the necessary steps and then let us go with warning to not return or there would be charges. I am glad and I apologize for the latch and tell everyone if there is problems with anything just call the # it looks like it will be attended to quickly.

FYI - I posted some complaints that are very clearly not "false" and their quick reply was that "You're not welcome, go somewhere else." Is that how you should treat your frequent customers? Tub says, "rinse tub when clean." I wouldn't say that's "clearly indicating" that it's free and after our time is up. Would you? Regarding DOG WASH: A few tips: - DON'T GO if any temperatures were below freezing the night before. Every time, they take my money, and the hose line is frozen. - I did have an experience where they charged me, and nothing ever turned on. After a lot of calling and tracking down, I did get a refund for this. Not the frozen lines, however. (which was frustrating) - The "Sanitize" option should not come out of our paid time; we should have time before and after our 10-minute clock starts to do so. (apparently, this is a false claim because there's a sign that says "rinse tub when clean" -- I wouldn't say that's "Clearly indicating" that it's free outside of our paid time. Maybe that's just me. - I also wish I could get change for 20s without going to the carwash change machine and getting 80 quarters. But this is nitpicky. That said, I live close. When it is working, it does what it's supposed to do well.

How did I not know this place existed?? So convenient for dog self washes! $10 per wash is pretty standard, but with this being outdoors my dog handled it SO much better. Even the blow drying part, which he normally HATES, he was 100% fine with. My new fav self wash spot. A couple things to note - the blow dry isn’t as strong as some other places, so bring a towel to finish the job. I walked my dog around for 5 minutes after the wash and he shook most of the leftover moisture off, but I’ll bring a towel next time. I’d also love to see the owners start up some type of membership plan here like other places offer. Overall a great experience though!

With new ownership, the dog wash has really improved. The rooms are cleaner, the water is warmer, and everything works better.

We used the dog washing station and it was amazing. The water is warm. The shampoo and conditioner smell good and it’s low cost. We got both dogs washed in 10 minutes. What a great thing! Thank you for providing this service to the community.

I liked the pricing on the touchless wash and it did a pretty good job. I liked getting a code for the vacuum with my wash. BUT, the vacuum was not great and there is a lot of debris around. I was worried I got something in my tire. The vacuum stalls are small. The grounds need clean up. Overall, I would return.

Used the dog wash for the first time and absolutely loved it! The water is warm and there is soap, conditioner and flea and tic treatment options. The blow dryer helps get a lot of excess water off. Phil was super helpful, thank you!!
