Love Rite Aid in Willingboro they are so quick and organized and clean. Associates are very nice and respectful and caring.

Very happy with the female employee in the pharmacy. She was vibrant and knocking her work out. Amazing customer service, especially because I was in crisis mode. She did all she could to help me and I will never forget that. Pharmacist must meet a lot of nasty people, because she was cold to the bone.

The owner needs to reach out to me. Before I leave the most messed up review, and tell my true experiences in there. Me and my whole family have this problem. and I'm not about hurting someone's business. But this problem needs to be resolved. I'm a professional chef and did my culinary in restaurant hospitality, learned from the french cuisine/teachings. And how you treat customers is everything. I get my medication there. They are all awesome back there in the med section. But the front is bad.

The pharmacy is always slow and not attentive. It always like this. Not very customer conscious. Speed and efficiency needs to improve. To deliberate and and a sense of, " I'll get to you when I'm good and ready".

You know when you are looking up a place to get your photos copied the main places that pop up are big name brand pharmacies such as Rite Aid.. so you can imagine I was quite surprised that your machine that does just that apparently hasn’t been working for quite some time. So I said okay well at least we can get some almond milk from here.. and to our surprise that wasn’t there either but Dollar General has some.. needless to say it was a very disappointing trip and perhaps our last!

My husband had an appointment for vaccines and when we got there it was closed and the pharmacists said they closed because the next shift pharmacists was not coming it....they could have called us before we drove all the way there. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

The cashier's was very Rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional everytime I come in there so the cashiers need to be more nice and more professional to the customers like if they don't like they job then they need to Quit and hire the ones that loves their job..
