I shop here at least one a week. Always clean and never once have I had a bad experience. My boyfriend went the other day and when he returned home he realized his phone was missing. He got on the computer and saw that his phone was there. He called and they already had his phone. He immediately went to go get it.

I had never been to this location because there are two other Costcos closer to my house, but I went here because they had a hard-to-find item that other stores didn't have. I think this is my new store! The aisles are wider which makes it feel less crowded than other stores, and I just felt like the selection was better. I picked up a few things that I haven't been able to find in quite a while at the two locations near me. The registers also seemed less chaotic, which is extra nice since I always have my young son with me.

The parking is a bit of a nightmare because the parking lot is so poorly designed, it's not really on Costco though. It's a really busy location and both the gas station and the store parking lot are kind of awful. However, once you're inside, it's easy to navigate and like every other Costco basically. The staff is pretty solid and customer service reliably good. Lines get long but staff do their best to move people through quickly and efficiently, You just might have to expect a bit of a way to check out during busy times on the weekends or evenings. They have a super friendly and helpful pharmacy staff, always willing to answer questions and go out of their way to help you. Renewing every year is a foregone conclusion. Even as a single person it's worth it.

My husband and I go here often. We would normally rate this a 5 Star, but after today I'm giving it 2. We've been members for well over 4 years. My family were members since before I was born, so I grew up going to Costco. We always walk through the exit to the food court to get something to eat before we go shopping (then we walk out the exit and walk back in through the entrance). When we were walking in, heading to the food court, there were a bunch of people also walking in. I should mention that my husband and I are people of color - my husband is black and I'm brown. All the other people walking in next to us were white. The woman working the exit stopped us and made us show proof of membership prior to entering (which has NEVER happened before when we walk through the exit) and would not let us in without it. She did not stop any of the other [white] people before or after us. I don't wanna say this was based in racism because it's 2022, but it's Colorado and we've faced a ton since moving here. Bottom line, if you're going to ask POC for proof of membership to head to the food court (whether it's required or not - you don't have to be a member to purchase food from the food court), then keep that same energy with everyone else, regardless of race/age/gender. 2/5, only adding 2 stars because it's clean and they have many options.

I want to thank Doug at the Riverpoint Costco in Sheridan. I lost a hearing aid yesterday, and I was pretty sure that I lost it at Costco. I called and talked with someone in admin and they checked if someone had turned in a hearing aid but she would not take my name and phone number in case somebody did find it and turn it in later. I came in a while later and gave my name and phone number to Michelle at the Hearing Aid center. She was super nice and understanding and said she would call if someone found them. Today Michelle called me very excited to say that an employee named Doug found my hearing aid! Not everyone would take the time to turn in a hearing aid and not everyone would be so kind to call and say it was found. So thank you Doug and Michelle and also thanks to the “lot guy” yesterday who helped me look outside for my hearing aid. You guys are so awesome!

Went for new glasses. Had so many good choices. I ordered 3 pair. two regular and a pair of sunglasses. Wish insurance just over $400. That included a few extras. Grace was very helpful when I was checking out

So here's the thing it's definitely worth it if you have a large family or a shopping for a baseball team. However some of the grocery stores have better deals. They're deals. If you don't need that much.. But it is cool because they do Sell alcohol here furniture food clothing outdoor stuff such as grills and furniture for your patio you for patio you could probably even buy a cool hair however I haven't seen any of those yet so don't take my word for it. I. I still love you Costco! Lol

All Costco’s are great, but if your in Parker CO definitely check out that one, with an entire section of the store devoted to wine and some other spirits. They also have a larger selection of pre made food and other tasty treats. Friendly and helpful staff.

Costco my favorite store wether I’m in the east or west coast. They are reliable and their return policy is more than what you can ask for. Clean, lots of employees willing to help. You will always find what you are looking for and more at good prices at Costco.
