Starting crossfit at 51 years young was very intimidating... But walking in doing my first workout and finishing last was a big accomplish. I was cheered on by other members to finish and it felt great. That was over 2 years ago. Thanks for the great coaches and members I have a great crossfit family

I worked out here for a few months. Great group of people, very knowledgeable about the programming. My only complaint, and reason I stopped going, was timing of classes. I work an odd schedule, and can't make it every day. If you work long shifts, you may not be able to make classes, but if you work a normal day schedule, you can make it morning or night. I plan on going back to get a punch card to go on my days off. I recommend this place to people regularly.
