Happy Paws is currently accepting new clients, we are by appointment only. Please book on our website or give us a call. We are very busy, and insist providing our fur clients with our undivided attention during the grooming process. Due to this we ask that you be patient in not rushing us if your pet is busy being pampered. Second time to Happy Paws with our little girl Yorkie “Gracie”. The crew here at Happy Paws is great, very accommodating and most important, very attentive to our little Gracie! They do a great job! Highly recommend!

I've taken my Aussie to Happy Paws for multiple grooming. The staff is very nice and do a really nice job. It doesn't take months to get an appointment, which is a plus for me. If they are running late from the estimated time I will get a text to let me know. Jack feels so fluffy and smells so good after his spa day!

Every time we visit happy paws 🐾 we have an exceptional experience. They have great customer service and my babies are always clean and smell so great! 👍 My Chihuahua, Dixie, never starts her nervous shaking when we arrive like she used to do at the old groomer. Our vet has even commended how much better my poodles ear infections have been as a result of their GROOMING, my last groomer wasn't doing his ears correctly. Not to mention his cut is 10 times better over all for the same PRICE! We are forever loyal clients at happy paws!🐾❤️

The actual dog grooming done here is adequate; they're no better or worse than anyplace else. Where they fall short is customer service. I dropped of my dog and was told it would take at least four hours. What they did not say is that they don't have established hours and that they charge a late fee--by the minute--if you don't arrive within 30 minutes of them sending a text. To be clear, they do not send a text saying, "Your dog will be ready in an hour" or "Please be here by 1:00 to pick up your dog". They wait until the grooming is completely finished and then send a text. Their website says they're open until 4:00. This is untrue. They emphasized to me that they are "By appointment only" and that this "...obviously means you have to be ready to pick your dog up immediately". So--bottom line-if you're a customer that expects good customer service, look elsewhere.

Greetings: I was quoted $85 per dog on the phone at booking. I dropped both dogs off at 8:30am. I was told the dogs would be ready at 2:30pm. I received a text message at 4:15pm that my dogs were ready. I arrived to pick up my dogs and was told my bill was $250. I asked for an itemization of the bill and the groomer refused to provide up front, indicating that it would come to me text/email after I paid. I hesitated paying as I was trying to understand the rationale. The groomer indicated that she would call the police if I did not pay right away. I received my itemized bill and I was charged $95 per dog (not $85 as indicated) and I was charged $15 per dog for additional handling fee - a nontraditional fee not charged elsewhere, and not told to me upfront (or as the handling abnormalities were occurring). There was small sign on wall of the store indicating this may apply - without a detailed description of what this was nor the fee amount. I was also charged $15 per dog for longer than 8 week between cut fee. Again, a nontraditional fee, not told to me upfront when I dropped the dogs off (note: the groomer indicated that exceeding a 8 weeks between cuts was something she could just determine by sight). Again, there was a small sign at the back of the store indicating this fact without a description and without a fee amount. This groomer had a duty to adhere to the price as quoted and to notify me prior to charging me additional fees on the back-end. This appears illegal behaviour and I will be writing to the BBB and reporting this matter, I suggest others with similar experiences do the same. Please note, the groomer also shamed me for not cutting my dogs within 8 week period - I go to multiple groomers so the groomer had no evidence of this and was out of place in shaming me or offering her opinion on my choice to keep my dogs hair cared for and a little bit longer.

I have taken my Goldendoodle to this place about 5 or 6 times now. They are the best! They do an amazing job. Oliver (my Doodle) looks so good when I pick him up. I have tried other places closer to my house and they usually just end up shaving him all the way down and he comes home uncomfortable and itchy....and I swear, he acts different for awhile as well. When I pick him up from Happy Paws....he is so good looking and right back to his normal happy dog! I don't leave many reviews....but this place deserves all 5 stars! Thanks!!
