Hands down my favorite place to get food in New Castle!! Best tacos in Colorado!! Always made fresh, and you could eat the tacos with only the meat and be happy, but they also have a fantastic, fresh-made salsa bar with several kinds of salsas each day! You can enjoy your meal and then get a popsicle, a soda, or some Mexican candy afterwards to satisfy your sweet tooth for cheap! Great food, great prices, great service! All around excellent!! My favorite are the pastor and asada tacos, pictured below!

I'm originally from Los Angeles and I was looking for a good taco spot here in the Valley. I gave them a chance and I'm glad I did. Definitely the best taco spot around. Get the carne asada and the pastor. Their salsa bar is also spot on 🔥🔥
