Good food but it so hot while waiting inside the building. All i see is everyone waiting outside the building waiting for the togo orders since nobody want to eat inside and the workers look drenched in sweat while cooking the food they need to put a fan or a/c.

Amazing spot for an authentic torta. Staff are so nice and made us a vegetarian option. The large juice is pricey but worth it. Highly recommend, will be back again!!

I’ve gone to Las Tortugas plenty of times but lately it’s gone downhill. The quality isn’t that great anymore. I order a Guera torta but the bread was hard and the chicken was over cooked. Even the amount of ingredients was smaller than usual. This place is not worth $11+ for a torta.

Wait time for (1) torta and fruit mango drink was about 30 mins - this was very disappointing considering there were not very many people waiting for their orders. Plus, the cashier was not very pleasant when we asked about our drink. The torta was good, but one end of the bread was very dry. I do have to say that our drink was absolutely delicious, very fruity and fresh. That made up for the wait time, but it doesn't change the fact for a real honest review..

I keep coming back because the food is bomb, but that doesn't give las tortugas the right to neglect satisfactory food service. Do Not buy food from them online. I gave them a try once and had a horrible experience, tried again and they didn't place my order until, I got there. waited 20 minutes at first and another 20 min for them to make my food. Not once did they think of making up for their mess up. Still reccomend las tortugas but don't offer online until you can offer good service

I ordered the super Cubano and I'm pretty sure they screwed up my order. There was very little steak and beans, no ham, no Frank's. It was mostly egg and bread. It was a good egg and bread sandwich though.

Love the tortas here. They haven’t let us down since we started going there a couple of weeks ago. Thanks guys. Update: today they let me down. They made my torta with barely any meat, and one slice of avocado for the whole torta. Then they put it on the bottom of the bag with a heavier torta on the top, so mine was very flat. Oh and some guy gave us the extra sauce with an attitude when we asked for it nicely. So upset now. See picture

Awesome place! Nice staff and location. Good selection to choose from ... just a warning their sauces are hot but that's just me ... so I get mine on the side ... horchata is always delicious! Always busy when we have gone ... I noticed that everything is in Spanish and English ... so it's easier for the non Spanish speakers ... it's becoming one of our favorite spots!
