Won't ever be coming here again got my order wrong more than once the girl in the window asked me so you dont want them ? ( with attitude) & i said of course not I'm paying for what i want the employees all had an attitude like if it's my fault there doing there jobs wrong! To top it off they charged my card back didn't want to give me a refund back, they where all so rude our cashier name was Andrea, the other girl was more on the bigger side orangey hair super rude! I will make sure to let everyone know not to go here because customer service is a joke!

This place stays forgetting my food when I call they never answer or the person who answers is beyond rude! I won’t be coming here anymore I’m tired of paying for food I don’t get than having to deal with the workers attitudes! 38th will be my new spot! They always have a long line but it’s worth the wait.

I never leave negative comments because I understand how business works and especially at fast food chains or small mom & pop shop but this has me utterly annoyed! I pulled up with my family to this location (Chubbys) & there were only 2 cars in front of me so I knew it wouldn’t be as long as it usually is but give or take I know it’s gonna be quite a bit of wait time. Nonetheless we waited 30 minutes for one large “smothered” fry and 2 Chile cheese burgers. The burger was fine however the fries were cold and not smothered at all!!! 10$ and a 30 minute fry is not the problem as long as it’s the product promised which was supposed to be “smothered” This is just unacceptable!

Waited 20 minutes when there were only 3 cars in line. They messed up my order on the first go around and then when I tried to call them because I didn’t want to wait in line again, they wouldn’t answer. I went up to the door to try to go inside but their lobby wasn’t open. So I waited in line again for another 15 minutes, they fixed my order but I noticed 3 hairs in the food while eating it. Lost my appetite and couldn’t finish the food. I do not recommend this Chubbys location.

Used to eat strictly at this location but stopped eating here since they closed the lobby. I'm cool on some soggy chili fries! And I'm not waiting in a drive through all the way around the corner and down the street. Nobody has time for all that! Open the lobby already!

On my two most recent trips, the people working were a lot friendlier than they have been in the past, especially the young man that was taking drive-thru orders outside in the rain. What a trooper. The food has been better. The ground beef is way too salty, and the beans aren't salty enough. The green chili is not as hot as it has been in the past. The salsa is just as good as it always has been. I'm glad they've never changed the recipe for that.

Everything was tasty and delicious as usual. The drive up cashier was super friendly. I would have given 5 stars, it's just that the cost is a bit high. Costs have gone up everywhere I suppose, but I thought $10 for a hand held burrito with one extra added item is a little bit too high.

Awesome food but having to wait in a line for 45 mins in the drive through is crazy probably won’t do it again. It’s sad people are to lazy to work so they can open the inside.

Wow! Best we've had in a while, as a colorado native "Chubbys" is a definitely a place to reccomend. They have different locations and all of them are good depending on time of visit and the cooks. Let me say, today the food was bomb at this location! Super Firee! The chicharone were super crispy and not all fatty, Chili was Hot and beans were good. (Sunday around 1pm) We ordered: Chili Cheese Fries w Xtra Chili/Cheese&Chili + Chicharones Beef Special & Bean Special Bean Tostada So the only thing is their lobby is closed totally understandable & only their drive-thru is open, it was wrapping around the block but definitely worth the wait! (45mins) I'd definitely reccomend this location as we usually visit the original on 38th but will for sure be coming to this one now.

I don't get to go to chubbies often because I live in Greeley (so sad) but today my job put me down the street and I was so excited ..... I havent gone to chubbies off 38th in years cause they just went completely downhill but this chubbies never fails. Burned my coworkers tongue off lol but so worth it !
