I like CVS, they have good sales and great coupons with a variety of things while you pick up your meds. But only if their employees are decent. I work with the public for 34 years and customer service is HUGE for me. Some CVS employees need to work in a private setting or they need to leave their home life HOME.

Pharmacy has awful service my perscription was put on hold at one point for no apparent reason. The male pharmacist has been rude on more than one occasion. My prescription has been messed up on more than one accasion. I wasn't given an inhaler I need even though my doctor sent the script causing me to not have medicine I need to breathe. I do not recommend them and will be switching shortly myself.

They’re racist. Plain and simple, what doesn’t need to be said speaks for itself. SN: The pharmacist at this store filled my script with an old dosage amount, and for about 3 months (until the script ran out) I was on the wrong dosage of my Thyroid medicine. Lawsuit under way.

I’m here at 5 pm on 4/15/22 and the cashier was rude af . She acted like she was annoyed the I needed help at self checkout . Not my fault the machine is a POS 🤷🏽♀️ . I even said thank you and she walked away . Get it together .

Staff is slow. Poor customer service. I believe the pharmacist name is Sherry was rude they tell you one thing and make you wait even longer.

I dropped off my husband’s prescription refill on Monday 6pm and asked to pick up on Tuesday at 9am. When I showed up at 9am, the prescription wasn’t ready. They told me I had to wait another 10 minutes. I told the lady on Monday that we were leaving for vacation on Tuesday and needed to “grab and go” and she said it would definitely be filled by then - obviously no communication with each other. I really don’t like their pharmacy - every time I leave the script and come by later it is NEVER ready. I like Rite Aid better - we only go here because of our insurance.

I'm glad to see that other reviewers have had poor experiences with the pharmacy. Over the phone, they're rude and condescending. They talk to you like you know nothing. In person, they're also still rude and their customer service is nonexistent. Today, I had the pleasure of talking to Jawanda in the pharmacy over the phone and I recognized her voice when I went to pick my prescription up. Other people experiencing the same service proves that she wasn't just having a bad day and I am typically very understanding, but this isn't the first negative experience I've had. They make me never want to go to another CVS again.

The service was always great until a few months ago. The pharmacy went downhill and is absolutely awful now. They are very rude and not helpful at all. I ended up switching to a different CVS nearby where the pharmacy staff is amazing, friendly, and always willing to help as much as they can.

My experience with the pharmacy lately has not been good. Attempted to resolve a prescription for nine months, they kept blaming the doctor's office. Finally gave up and switched to Stop and Shop. They have been excellent and resolved my issue immediately. CVS also needs to work on their automated phone issues. Either incomplete messages with no one identified or contacting them to speak to someone, the phone hangs up when being transferred.
