Recently Michael Kors deactivated my gift card which took almost two weeks to get reactivated through multiple phone calls to corporate despite the fact the card says it never expires on the back. I was very dissatisfied with the assistance from corporate. However the manager of this store Kim was very helpful, listened to my concerns and gave me a discount on the gift I bought for my troubles. It is difficult to find good managers and staff in today’s environment and Kim certainly is great at her job and turned a bad experience into a good one.

I recently was at the Clinton Crossing Outlet to buy a purse I had seen in their store a few weeks ago. Unfortunately they were sold out and suggested I call around to 2 different outlets and see if they have it. My 1st call was to MK outlet in the Foxwoods Casino. A wonderful young man named Xavier answered the phone. I explained to Xavier the purse I was looking for and he told me he had 2 in stock. I explained I lived about 90 minutes away and asked if he could put it aside for me. To my surprise Xavier explained he could ship it to my home. He looked me up in the computer and within 20 min I received an email and the instructions on how to pay. Xavier was kind enough to call me to make sure I saw the email. I received my purse 3 days later. THANK YOU Xavier for your wonderful customer service

Super friendly staff here. Loved that. I bought something from Coach next store and then came over to MK. I wished i had gone there first but still wound up buying a couple super gifts for my daughter still from them. The vibe was nice, the lighting was super bright and made everything look even better. They had some some really nice stuff and they also take Foxwoods points..win!!

Came to this store because they had the purse my 15yr old daughter saw online and the minute I walked in the asian lady,tall girl and the blonde short one was just starring/eyeing me like I was going to steal something and it made me very uncomfortable and I soon as I bought something they kept their eyes away from me but as a loyal customer I don't appreciate the way they look at you when you 1st walk in.... And as much me and my daughter love shopping at MK I will never purchase anything from their stores evw7_anymore

Had a problem with a handbag and went to the store. No problem! Great staff! Store manager was awesome. Handled the exchange without a problem. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the way they handle opening to the public and for the most part the staff was helpful. It took them a while to help which was in a way nice, they didn't bombard me, trying to make a sale, but they also took too long.... Just find that happy medium and try not to "screen" your costumer. I did feel like I was "screened" in a way. Its not a comfortable feeling.

I met 2 girls at the store. One girl was very nice and extremely helpful. The other one was very rude. They close at 9pm and at 9:04 she comes up to me and says “are you going to stay overnight?” I didn’t even see the time and didn’t realize I was over 9pm. She could’ve been little bit nicer about it. Very rude service and I’d never come to MK. Kate spade people were much nicer than that girl.

Upon entering the store the staff was very welcoming. I was quickly caught up on where everything is in the store and what the deals were. There was always someone near me ready to answer questions. Once I asked a question the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Overall great service
