NO PLUS SIZE?! Then when I try to go into the dressing room with my sister to give her my opinion on the dresses she’s going to buy, they tell me only one persons allowed? Im sorry? Is this not a mall in a casino? We can’t sit down in the dressing room to get a break from walking?! The African American girl working gave me attitude, bad service. I should be allowed to go in with my sister, we are family…FAMILY. I recommend you get rid of that employee, disrespectful. Bad customer service, do better. You earn enough money to have better employees.

This Forever 21 at the Tanger Outlets in Foxwoods was absolutely amazing. The sales were so cheap and good and the costumer service was impeccable. I will definitely return soon.

My wife and I went to a Forever 21 store in Connecticut today, Tuesday, November 5, 2019. We found the store well stocked, well arranged and easy to get around. Everything was reasonably priced and there was a really good sale on, as well. My wife and I liked the styles for women. They were very tasteful and classic in design. However be careful with the men's clothing. I found a hooded jacket that I liked and it was very reasonably priced. But when I unzipped the jacket to try it on, I noticed it really wasn't a men's jacket at all but a women's jacket, although the tag said men's jacket. I checked other jackets and got the same result. I didn't inquire of anybody since I didn't like that detail. I simply didn't buy it. I don't know if there had been some mistake or not. It certainly has made me more observant for the future. Both my wife and I like shopping at Forever 21. We like their selection and their prices.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I tried to return a sweater I bought online with the tags still on, it was not damaged and not worn. I just wanted a store credit NOT my money back and the lady would not give it to me. All she said was “sorry can’t help you”. Never going there again. Terrible customer service.

Walking the tanger outlet in foxwoods casino and all the way in the back of the outlet there was forever 21. I like shopping in here because I am able to find one or two things that fits my style. There is a store here where i live at in the mall but in the outlet there are more discounts. I was able to pick up three nice dresses for a very good price. I only go to foxwoods once a year but I will be returning to the one closest to me.

So, my mom and I go into forever 21 to pick up some bathing suits because we were on vacation and left ours at home. We both agreed that the customer service was exceptional from every employee, especially the cash register guy who saved my mom over $40 on our purchase by helping me get a store card in what seemed like under a minute. The manager behind the cash station was also helping another customer and she seemed to have a really sincere attitude. Everyone seems upbeat and the vibe of the place was awesome! Love the lighted hashtags behind the register! :) 😍

Went to exchange a broken necklace and the employee informed me they didn't do exchanges or returns on their clearance (that was fine, it was only $5). So i paid for a second one but didn't take a receipt. 5 minutes later, i realized the chain on that necklace was also broken. I figured an exchange would be no problem, but the THIRD necklace on the shelf was also broken and they wouldn't exchange without a receipt. I brought it to the manager's attention - a store shouldn't be selling broken inventory, clearance or not. When she walked up, she didn't say hello, smile, ask about the experience...she was incredibly rude, didn't introduce herself, wasn't wearing a name tag, etc. and had the audacity to ask me how the necklaces broke. She said they could only do store credit, fine. When my friend pointed out that she was having an attitude, she said "she was just going with the flow". My friend had spent $80 in their store that morning, and i am such a loyal shopper that I own a store credit card. Before leaving, i made a point to say that a company's reputation should be worth more than $5.

The store is clean and has a wide selection of clothing that's currently in trend. The staff seems somewhat helpful. Nobody asked if I needed help, so if above and beyond customer service is what you're looking for you might not find it here but that's not a problem for me. Just something I noticed on my visit to the store. Other than that it's a fun place to browse.

Terrible customer service experience with a girl named Amber! I asked for a simple opinion and received the most snotty remark. Overall really wasn't happy. I like Forever 21 I just don't understand why the places hire people like that.
