Update: shame on me for staying with this company a year later and still having the same issues with Byram mailing out my son's medical supplies in a timely matter. They were supposed to be mailed out January 10, 2022 still has not shipped a week later which means if it ships within the next couple days I still will not receivefor 5-7 days after. Well this is absolutely the last time I will ever be ordering. If you are reading this do yourself a big favor and find another company. I found one today that seems to have great reviews unlike Byram. BYRAM if you are reading this please DO NOT tell me to email your customer service email because I did and haven't gotten a response.... Have been waiting for my son's medical supplies to be shipped for a week now called 3x this week and all customer service can say is that it's processed just waiting to be shipped. Unacceptable when your child has a medical condition that requires these supplies. Will be looking for another supplier.

Trash!! Constainly order supplies and pay last bill then go on with life not realizing my things arr not coming! Call and straiten things out ,told all good 100% ! Go on with life. Find out later ,nothing was ordered and have to staiten out again. Happens month after Month! Bad bad customer service!!

Unskilled customer agents, unable to re-order products after 3 separate re orders still didn’t get the order right. Delayed orders as result of insurance problems or physicians prescriptions with no contact from Byram, I had contact them to try to resolve problems. Very poor web site, can only see previous items not general products Extremely frustrating company to deal with

I rated this company high awhile back, I spoke to soon. Not only have they messed up far more times than what would be considered acceptable, but the costumer service is horrible. you'll be on hold for 45 minutes just to be disconnected or wait an hour for online chat that just disconnects you when it's finally your turn. not to mention just a god awful website, it's 2021 having a site that looks like it was made in the 90s is no longer ok

This company has the worst customer service I have ever talked to,they had no idea of how to fix any of the problems I had on the app, I had three accounts on my name and they had no idea how to fix this, I wanted all deleated except for mine and they could not do it,my account didn't even have my name on it when I opened the app,how would anyone feel when opening an app in your account and having someone else's name come up
