Not enough staff. They need at least one more person. I was there shortly after they opened and there were three people there, one of them buying a phone. The rep. spent about 45 mins. with them. There was one other lady that helped me and there were at least 4 more people waiting.

Went in with my husband to switch from AT&T, not only did we save at least 100$ a month but an additional 20% We were there for a little while but Kris helped us through it all! We were also going to have our son switch but he was away with his aunt and he was super attentive to that and making sure we could set it up at a later time so we wouldn’t have to cut his service and leave him with out a phone. The entire time we were there from start to finish was pleasant. Not only was Kris an amazing team member but alstaff was engaged and chatting with us the entire time we were there. I’ll never go to another store for help with my phone. 10/10 recommend this T-Mobile store!!

I bought a new phone here a few weeks ago and was helped by Kristopher and other associates. They were very friendly and professional, and able to answer all of my questions. They made the purchase and data transfer to my new phone very easy, an excellent experience overall.

Very disappointing. I walked into this store, all 5 reps that were working starred at me and didn’t acknowledge me what’s so ever. Not even a “we will be right with you” after standing there for 20mins, I walked out. As someone who works in customer service and sales I can tell you acknowledging someone’s presence goes a long way. The funny part is that I wanted to upgrade 3 devices but I will take my business elsewhere.

Giving this store 5 stars, thanks to Maira! She did an absolutely amazing job, connecting my tablet to a data plan. She spent 3 hours breavily jumping into calls with the support and trying many changes and options. Very detailed and dedicated rep with attention to help the customer. Great job Maira!

Had a very positive experience today at the T-Mobile store located at the Post Mall in Milford......I was dreading going in as it was in regards to upgrading my IPad so it can successfully function in a 5G world. I was assisted by Sherman who proved to be knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrated the ultimate in customer service. I left a happy customer, knowing when it's time to replace my phone, this is the place I will go.

After decades with AT&T I made the decision to move to T-Mobile's Magenta 55 Plan. This resulted in an almost $60/per month savings and so far I am very pleased with the service. From my first interaction via phone with Mobile Expert Dariel Ovalle, I knew I was in great hands. Dariel is a huge asset to this location, and a credit to T-Mobile. He was knowledgeable on the plans inside and out and answered all my questions with ease. I observed him managing both in store and waiting customers with professionalism and courtesy - maintaining contact with everyone so they felt seen and valued. This is not an easy task, especially with pandemic protocols in place but Dariel has mastered the art of customer service and his personality and good humor shine through. I hope management at T-Mobile realize how much Dariel Ovalle contributes to the success of this location. Very impressive. Thank you Dariel!
