My first time here, but I will be back. The bagels are good (I grew up in New York, so I know bagels), and they make a very good egg sandwich (see photo). A small, but nice feature --- there is salt & pepper, catchup, hot sauce and syrup on every table so you don't have to ask for it or get those annoying small packets. Very Important --- the place is very Clean!. See photo.

I like this bagel shop, the bagels are better than most others in the area. The service is quick and friendly. This is a solid bagel shop and their lunch sandwiches are great too.

Good bagels and egg sandwiches. Also have some fresh baked goods and coffee is fresh, and staff is friendly... Try their orange cranberry muffin

Consistently have minor problems with this place but today was ridiculous. We placed a phone order and ordered 3 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on bagels and specifically said no ketchup on any of them. Two of the sandwiches were smothered in a disgustingly large amount of ketchup and none of the 3 had cheese. Ordered 3 hash browns as well and was only given 2. Definitely won’t be going back as this was the final straw.

I either write reviews when it’s excellent or poor. I tend not to complain bout most. I usually for the most part have ok service here. But what grinds my gears is calling a place, being put on hold and then being forgotten about. I understand the place gets busy. It’s a bagel store. But I shouldn’t be on hold for 10 mins, check in

Always busy but always organized. Food is good. I guess at this point it’s the only Bagel store in town. They aren’t stressed. They communicate and are friendly. Some wear masks some don’t. Tap to pay which is nice. Comes here often

LOVE THIS SPOT!!! I have two spots in town I go this place & kettlemans but this place has more options also 2 mins from my house so IM ALWAYS COMING HERE when I’m back in NJ! The staff is SUPER friendly & nice I love coming here & just saying hi to everyone. It’s true jersey bagels do not disappoint & quite frankly neither does this place! I do recommend coming here early because they make their bagels fresh & other food it’s goes quite fast! Besides their breakfast here the lunches are great too, fantastic healthy platters! Everything here is super fresh too! The owners are super nice!! It does get busy so I recommend placing your order on the way coming here! But none the less you can enjoy your food inside as well.

I love the breakfast sandwiches and bagels - I’m not a fan of the customer service. The woman who works behind the cashier was so rude to me this past Tuesday morning. I was waiting for a bacon, egg, and cheese with salt, pepper, and ketchup on a roll. Two other people were waiting too, one who ordered before me, and one after. She calls out an order that’s ready. Not certain if it’s my bacon, egg, and cheese, I wait a beat to see if anyone else waiting makes a move. No one does, so I presume it to be mine. As I’m walking out to my car in the lot, I hear someone yell “HELLOOOO.” I immediately go back to her in the storefront and she asks if I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with salt, pepper, ketchup on an egg bagel. I say no, I got that but on a roll. And she very haughtily says, “then why would you take this??” To which I say …”I obviously didn’t hear you.” Why on earth would I purposefully take someone’s egg bagel? I couldn’t believe her tone, the accusation, and the assumption that I purposefully did something wrong. It might sound trivial, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. We all have bad days - I was having one in fact. But we don’t have to take it out on each other. There are multiple complaints in the reviews about this same woman. I understand there is a labor shortage, but she’s turning customers away - including this long time customer.

Decent place for breakfast sandwiches but they have to do something about their customer service. I understand their busy but it is unacceptable to not answer their phones for hours at a time or being left on hold for 10-15 minutes when you do get through. The woman who runs the register is very unpleasant and seems to be inconvenienced by customers everytime I visit. I frequent this place 2-3 times a week but unfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Thanks for making breakfast so delicious! Pictured here is the egg everything bagel. Next time I will have to make this with pork roll! Came on Black Friday and was in and out quickly with a bag of freshly baked bagels in hand. I’ll have to come back on a Wednesday to take advantage of the discounted bagels!
