The arrangement I sent was supposed to be the Premium with the most flowers, it looked like the normal size. Supposed to have a short vase with leaves inside the water, but just came in a regular vase. Pretty underwhelming.

Sending flowers to CT from Massachusetts can be challenging, and I have had some epic fails! Terri’s was so helpful and accommodating!! Definitely A+ service and being able to have them text a pic of the arrangement was amazing!!!

Website promoted “Same Day delivery” which is why I picked it. Got a text the next day that they were going to refund bc they were “out of stock” I called hoping something other than what I ordered could be sent and was told they were completely out of stock. Buyer beware!

I spoke with Taylor, sales associate, at Terri's Florist in Naugatuck yesterday to send a couple of Valentine's gifts to friends. I called same day and each recipient was thrilled with the gift. One gift included flowers, plus a Gund bear and a box of truffles. The other gift was an arrangement of flowers along with a box of chocolates. I very much appreciated the professionalism, and Taylor had sent photos of the various stuffed animals so I could make a selection. The deliveries were made within 3 hours and everyone was so happy! Thank you Terri's florist for always coming through for special events! My thanks! In these pandemic times, we always choose to work with local florists since their business has been affected by this pandemic and Terri's Florist deserves your business!

I looked up florists in Naugatuck, CT & came across Terri's Flower Shop (which had a 5 star rating with great reviews). I called & spoke to Terri & had some questions which she was very helpful & asked me what I like on her website & she can mimic it. I told her her bright & cherry, boy did she deliver. She also was kind enough to send me a picture before it went out in case I wanted anything changed. It was perfect! Thank you so much. You made my day & I know you will make my daughter in laws too. Will definitely recommend you highly. Thanks again:)
