I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin every morning because of repeated bad experiences at the one on my way to work. The one in Thomaston has always been amazing food is always great and right and the service is great too

A bit disappointed that they got a simple order wrong. I ordered a medium iced Irish ☘️ Cream latte. Was given a iced original with caramel swirl. Also the omelette bites aren’t worth the $$ - they need to pay attention to peoples orders

Spotless branch of Dunkin' ("Dunkin' Donuts" until recently) with drive-through. Merchandise stacked attractively. Comfortable lounge with faux fireplace and pleather armchairs. Bathroom closed off during this review due to the 'Rona. Very friendly staff, as the cashier had the empathy to realize that through her mask and the plexiglass shield (again due to the 'Rona), I could not properly hear her. Busy parking lot, with separate ingress and egress. Bulletin board advertising local freelancers and businesses.

Not a great experience at all. I never really write reviews and don't like doing 1 star ones, but this was ridiculous. Took 18 minutes to get a coffee inside. Saw 9 cars go through the drive thru before I got my coffee. The girl working the counter may have been new, but 1 inept employee can be worse than being short staffed. Employers and management should be aware of poor employees and get them out of there. Take my advice and do the drivethru

This is normally my go to Dunkin Donuts, however their new management is horrible. I go to this specific Dunkin Donuts nearly every day and suddenly they're trying to charge for small cups of water as if we live in Waterbury I thought our community was better than that. And it's not even like I can go to the one on the hill because I owned by the same people.

Need to step up your counter service ASAP. One person working both walk-ins and Dunkin App orders is a recipe for failure. You have 5 people working drive through, send one up front and help the poor girl out, she is so overwhelmed everytime i go in.

My hot coffee was lukewarm and I didn't get the cheese I asked for on my sandwich. Lastly, I waited about 10 minutes inside fur my order while they pushed out all the drive thru orders first. I was the only one inside and ordered only 2 items that were both sub par. VERY bummed out

The early morning crew is great. Very friendly. Its amazing once the get to know you they will have your coffee ready so your in there for a little bit of time. My favorite DD around. They deserve to be paid alot more then they get ( employees that is,)(not DD they overcharge as it is) love the crew. The only thing they now lack is my PUMPKIN dark roast coffee😉. But thats DD's bad decision/choice not the crews. Good job girls and keep up the good work. I enjoy seeing you every morning. 👌✌

Friendly staff good food and coffee but very slow at counter. They have 2 registers but only use one. If not for that I would give them a 5 star rating
