Went in today to deposit cash I completely understand depositing smaller bills that is a larger amount can be time consuming and a pain which is why I don’t do it often. I try to band the bills in the amount stated etc to help better organize it but the teller tried to tell me that I was missing $1,000 from the deposit I have tripled check the amount and in no way I would miss $1,000 especially if the overall amount was around $3,700 so the male teller gave me an attitude and luckily when he asked if I wanted the money back I said yes. I went triple checked again and he missed the $1,000 how can you work at a bank and make a mistake as big as that rather checking again. If I had just went with what he said I would be out a grand don’t bank here I’m gonna switch to another bank or start driving to another location I can’t trust that the teller doesn’t care that much for a mistake like that.

What a terrible location. We banked here very briefly because of the TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I had a JOINT account here, and I needed to take cash out for him while he was at work. My debit card hadn't arrived yet, so I went inside for assistance. The bank teller accused me of stealing from my own husband. She said, “how do we know you're not separated, and trying to steal his money?” Needless to say, we closed the account the same week.

Kelly Martinez went above and beyond to help me with an account. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Highly recommend her for any banking needs.

My family has been banking at this branch since I wasn't tall enough to see over the counters. (I am now 6'2"). EVERYBODY at this branch is efficient, professional and SO welcoming. I never take the time to leave reviews but when I saw all of the BS negative reviews, it's easy to realize that only people that don't get their way take the time to leave a review. Many people find banks to be a necessary evil; however, TD makes banking a pleasure AND this branch makes it an outright enjoyable experience! You will ask yourself for years to come why you didn't switch to TD sooner.

Ms. Rodriguez and her staff in there entirety as a whole should not, nore should they EVER work in a customer service driven business of any kind !! This branch does a poor job at representing the TD Back brand and culture. I have had nothing short of horrible service from here. I have been offended and indirectly disrespected. They most certainly insult your intelligence and try your patience. This branch isn't worth visiting, this branch makes me want to close my account and never think about TD bank ever!!

We're new to the area and went to this TD location to open an checking and savings accounts. We have opened many over the year and this was by far the easiest experience! The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Superb service! *Edited: Returned yesterday (Sept 2019) and the service was just as awesome. I needed a new ATM card and a teller (?) Shay, took me right to the front and I had a new one in my hand in 5 minutes!

The customer service is very poor, supervisor Christine was extremely rude and even rushed me off the phone and recommended another manager before LISTENING to my request. The service is absolutely disgusting. I now bank with Capital One. Hold times are short , customer service is very welcoming and very helpful when answering your questions and even guide you in the right direction when wanting to explore more options. TD bank Bank has proven to be misleading and very untrustworthy.

To be honest it does not even deserve one star I have had more then one issue at this bank and I have given them many opportunities to improve and or update their staff. Sadly the majority of my issues have been with one particular employee, Shay…. The most recent incident happened this passed Monday, which was my settlement day, I helped my elderly mother (whom I have been caring for) sell her house and move into a home that we were settling on the same day. So Monday was a very stressful day for us, I called TD prior to going to the branch to confirm the best course for completing the transactions needed, with a game plan in hand I headed to the bank. Now please keep in mind I work in banking and I am VERY AWARE of how things work, especially wire transfers…. When I arrived at the TD Branch I was told to come back in 3-5 business days, that the funds from the am sale of my house would not be available until then, Shay was rude and ignorant….. When I first got there (assuming the funds were already in the account) I requested a cashiers check for a large amount for our afternoon settlement, she snickered handed me back the with drawl slip and informed me I had no where near the amount I was requesting, I explained the situation, I was told by Shay that I was misinformed and I would be unable to get a cashiers check and would need to come back. I became VERY frustrated and angry and told her and another employee I was not leaving the bank with out the check and I would be waiting in the lobby waiting area. Over the course of two hours I sat and waited and became more and more frustrated with the information provided to me, the non existent customer service and the clear LACK of knowledge on the part of the employees. FINALLY the funds posted (and to the shock of the employees) I was able to get the check needed for settlement, I expressed to Shay that her customer service skills sucked and her response said with attitude and snark were that she was sorry I felt that way…. I do not think she was….. I will be in the next two weeks closing my account with TD due to Shay and her ignorance and lack of knowledge…. Do not bank at this branch, if you chose to stay with TD go to one of the other branches but AVOID the branch located at 101 Hygeia Drive, save yourself the frustration and aggravation….

The problem I am repeatedly experiencing with the branches of this bank (Hygeia and Delaware Ave locations) is they are understaffed on tellers. Being open 7 days a week but not being staffed sufficiently leads to long waits for transactions. Today (Sunday) I stood 23 minutes for a 2 minute transaction at Hygeia - I was third in line. Earlier in the week (Thursday) I stood for 12 minutes at the Delaware Ave branch. 8 out of my last 10 times the waits were 10 minutes or more. This really is not acceptable and not consistent with TD bank branding themselves as 'most convenient'. And, what's up with tellers having to leave the front counter and complete the transactions in the back. This is not efficient and contributes to delays. The tellers seem to be aware of the frustration that the waiting customers have, but rather than acknowledge how patient we been waiting in line, they still make these scripted greetings like "Hi, how are you doing today?" and after the transaction is completed I don't get a "thank you" but rather they come out of the back, hand me a receipt, and say 'here you go'. Here's my suggestion: branch managers should review their security footage to better understand the scope of this problem, measure customer service throughput, identify patterns and make staffing adjustments to ensure a quicker and more pleasant experience. Have a close look at the expressions on the faces of your customers that are waiting in line - I expect it will be quite revealing of their level of satisfaction..

My husband and I had to make a trip to the bank yesterday. We went to this location as it is closest to our home. We called the bank before leaving specifically asking about getting new debit cards. I wasn't prepared to leave my home, so my husband was going to make the trip by himself. When he asked the employee if I had to present in order to receive my new card, the employee replied yes that I did need to be there. With that said, we both left our home in a hurry to get there before closing. When we arrived I walked up to the counter and told the employee that my husband and I needed our new cards. At which time he replied that the card machine wasn't working. I was very irritated. Why didn't he tell my husband this on the phone? He then told us that we had to go to the Limestone location to get our cards. He should have told us this in the beginning. We wasted gas and time for nothing. This all occurred around 1:30 pm. All of the TD banks closed at 3:00 pm. I proceeded to tell the employee that this was bull$**! And that this was not our problem, it was his. Regardless we had to go to the other location. We arrived there around 2:00 pm. We were just in time to receive our new cards, because their card machine also broke down at that time. I don't understand what the issue is, but it was a ridiculous and unnecessary trip. Why didn't we get our cards mailed to us? They have always been mailed before at least a month before expiration. My husband's card had somehow gotten deactivated which was the purpose of the trip. Again very aggravating over incompetent employees. Our statements haven't been mailed or emailed as well. For these reasons we will be closing our account. Hopefully in the future whoever is in charge of this location, will be more careful in selecting their employees. My husband and I will only be revisiting this location to close our account and go elsewhere.
