Went in for a quick drop off and the staff working there was just the happiest I’ve ever seen in a while in DC! Dashaun, Brittany and another lady working at the time were exceptional! Definitely needed some positivity today. Thank you the great service everyone!

Who knew that Fedex Office could be this exciting!! I just need to print a document but both computers were being used. I went to the copier where it gave me instructions to send my documents to copier. I received an email that it didn't work. I went to the counter and was helped by friendly, Martinique. She told me to send to this address and she would print it. While, I was emailing, I heard her say to a gentleman to leave and pick up the phone. When I turned around, there was a gentleman stealing lots of product. She was calling the police with the information. After she completed the call, she said he comes in a lot and steals. They have desperately tried to move product and deter this crime, but they can't put all.product behind the counter. She was extremely professional and composed throughout this entire theft. The gentleman next to me stated he had no idea what was going on either. Martinique should not have to deal with this nonsense, but her demeanor was unwavering. She was professional and never had anything negative to say throughout. I hope people realize the stress involved with this job. Thank you, Martinique! You were awesome.

Very rude staff and doors opened late (20 minutes after stated opening time). Came in to drop off large box with preprinted label. The entire staff watched me struggle to open the door, a passerby was nice enough to hold the door open for me. Then, with a lot of attitude, they told me that if I put it on the cart they will then ship it for me. I walked too far in the store and with more attitude told me that I put it in the wrong place and need to pick up the package and move it. Worse customer service and I am sure the excuse is that they were "following social distancing protocols".

Avoid this Fedex location at all costs! I had a package shipped to me at this location. Got a notification that the package was being held for me, went in the next morning and the clerk could not find it after searching for quite a while, said she'd have to talk to her manager. I called back a few days later, they said they had found the package. However, I had to be away from DC for a few weeks and the clerk told me they would hold it until I'm back. A few days later, lo and behold, I get an automated notification from Fedex saying the package is being returned to the sender. I called the office again, explained the issue to the clerk who then said I'd have to speak to his manager, and he'd have the manager call me back shortly. Two days later, and not a word. What an enormous waste of time, never setting foot in this place again.

Fedex Adams Morgan gets five stars from me today entirely based on the great customer service and charming attitude of Martinique. Amazing how she brightens the place when she's on duty. Otherwise this outlet can be a bit unimpressive.

Arrived around 5:45 p.m. to ship packages and they were closed even though the store is supposed to be open until 8 p.m. I even called FedEx customer service to be sure the hours were not incorrect. No sign on the door or anything indicating WHY they were not open (I checked because I understand emergencies happen). Hard to think of anything more unprofessional…

I walked up to the counter and said ‘Hi, I’d like to ship something’ and the man snapped back ‘I’m tired!’ and the interaction went down hill from there. There were eye rolls dramatic sighs; I was ignored; l was given incorrect instructions and then snapped at for following those instructions; I was sneered at and patronized. Another woman in the shop just gave up and walked out. You would have to work hard to find someone ruder and less helpful than the people at this FedEx. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, use a different company or the postal service, anything. Also, their last pickup time is quite early; so my “Priority Overnight” package, which was dropped off on Thursday at 4pm is not expected to arrive until Monday at 10:30. What is “priority “ or “overnight” about that?

This store, which is less than a block from my house used to be fairly decent. However, relatively recent personnel changes have resulted in a zero star operation. Invariably slow and rude are not any way to run an operation. I'd like this location to remain, but they need better staff, training, or both.
