Beautiful building. It feels more like a hotel. Extremely well maintained. And The restaurant has EXCELLENT food and the 101 staff are very friendly. The building is Quiet, luxurious and elegant . The units are grand with marble floors and huge terraces. All this make it truly a one of a kind in Miami Beach.

I worked in this building from the ground up. The builder Cal Covens was a meticulous builder. Every inch of this building is perfection. I haven't seen it since 1986. Mr. Covens built this building with your safety in mind. If I was a wealthy women that's the place I would live out the rest of my life. I love the water, that's where you'd find me. Bal Harbour 101.
