Mostly pleasant.... except for one pharmacist who is extremely rude. He shows outright hatred towards me. The others are nice. BIG problem when they tell you two hours on your refill, 3 hours later if you haven't received a text; it's not ready. DO NOT GO WITHOUT THE TEXT.. YOU'LL BE YELLED AT. Over 4 hours after it was supposed to be ready, I got it. It was called in by my doctor, so why do I even have to call? They need MUCH better communication skills.

Avoid pharmacy at all cost. Local pharmacist Nancy Mitchell is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. Her lack of professionalism speaks volumes.

This morning my daughter had Oarl surgery at 12 noon got her home went to pharmacy to get her meds as I new she would begin to have. I asked if they could please fill them while I waited but the pharmacist just Toled me she was going on lunch. I explained that my husband would be taking the car to work and I would not have a way to come back. The young lady acted like she didn't even want to help me she did that on another visit to this pharmacy. I have always been . The customer comes first. I'm disabled and live on 6600 Cherry St it is quite a walk but I did it so that my daughter would not suffer witch she was by the time it took me to walk up there in the heat of the day she was in a lot of pain . To me this is Not good customer service not sure if we will be staying there. Just to let you know as I said I'm disabled my daughter is special needs she has Asperger's Syndrome Autism Dyslexia ADHD. I do not like to complain but today was uncalled for . In the future please consider your customer. The young lady that acted like it was a hardship for her to go out of her way to help me I realized she was pregnant but I to worked pregnant at Walmart and as I said before the customer comes first .
