Jim Gardner was extremely helpful in not only getting me a good deal (checked with other agents) but in getting insurance on my new condo placed and info furnished to my mortgagee and closing agent on a timely basis. Mr. Gardner was terrific in finding the right policy for my 1st home! He was prompt and thorough in answering all of my many questions, and in the end I feel i got a great policy and a great price. One year later I had to file a claim and EVERYTHING was handled promptly and professionally! If you need insurance Jim is the guy to see. He takes the time to explain the policy in depth and can answer all questions. I've never felt more comfortable with any other agent. Jim is a really great guy and I'm so glad I switched ... I highly recommend I just read some of the posts that were not so shining and I'm pretty sure that receptionist is long gone.
