Never any hot food at this store after 8 pm don’t understand why this is always an issue here , publix used to frown on this kind of practice I guess it’s not important anymore . Welcome Kroger

Since this store is right around the corner from me, this is my store of choice. Only pet peeve I have is that they're constantly out of certain particular items that I need so that I have to drive elsewhere to another publix who seems to have the item. Employees there are helpful & customer service is excellent.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered subs online did not have them when I arrived so after waiting 20 minutes they didn’t have white wraps , ok make them with what you have. Then no tomatoes then no Swiss. What’ a joke Employees to lazy to cut cheese or open another package of white. There turning into a Winn Dixie Can’t wait to see Krogers

I stopped by to get my required new entry state sunpass pro and the the Lead service member Dulian helped me with all of my concerns and extinguished my frustrations completely. She is a true above and beyond exemplary for what customer care stands for!

The deli usually only has one person who happens to be extremely slow. It’s odd because there are more people behind the counter but only one working the deli. As an example, on my most recent trip there was one person ahead of me who got three things, and it ended up taking over twenty minutes before they got to me. To make matters worse, they will sometimes give you the wrong thing, which also happened this time. I wouldn’t recommend their deli, but if you do go, I would recommend you check everything before you step away.

It’s a nice store friendly employees, but the Deli department is hit or miss, twice now I’ve put in an online order now it’s been 15+ minutes late just seems like they have no one managing it

Well I've been to three Publix , Coconut Creek Pwy ,Sample rd and Lyons rd all three have had products outdated so check dates because it doesn't seem a priority to these stores . Otherwise the stores are clean and most things are good . Meats look good Deli is excellent Bakery good stuff !

This location makes the best tarts. Janez in the bakery department made a fresh tart right on the spot for my pregnancy cravings. Plus two red velvet cuocakes. And she did it with lots of love, too. I'm going to be moving soon and will be sad to leave this specifically awesome Publix.

I ordered a mini cake that has Florette's all around the cake and when I got there it was not what I ordered at all. Once I explained that to a young lady named Kayla she offered to get a manager and then she took it to another level of offering to fix the cake by creating the Florette’s on the mini cake for me. I left the bakery to finish my shopping and when I returned to the bakery I picked up EXACTLY what I ordered to begin with. I was so happy she was able to fix the mess her coworker did when he placed my order. Kayla you are just an amazing and awesome person. I want to Thank you sincerely for being you. Kind and so understanding when I was so upset. Thank you and please continue to be the helpful human you are. We need more of you in this world. I would recommend this Publix for their overall friendliness and overcompensating for their customers. They are truly amazing. Kayla please also Thank the manager on staff that night I can’t remember his name but he was also just awesome! P.S. I told you I would do this review. You truly deserve it. I hope i have the luck to deal with you again when in this location. ;)
