I ordered a mini cake that has Florette's all around the cake and when I got there it was not what I ordered at all. Once I explained that to a young lady named Kayla she offered to get a manager and then she took it to another level of offering to fix the cake by creating the Florette’s on the mini cake for me. I left the bakery to finish my shopping and when I returned to the bakery I picked up EXACTLY what I ordered to begin with. I was so happy she was able to fix the mess her coworker did when he placed my order. Kayla you are just an amazing and awesome person. I want to Thank you sincerely for being you. Kind and so understanding when I was so upset. Thank you and please continue to be the helpful human you are. We need more of you in this world. I would recommend this Publix for their overall friendliness and overcompensating for their customers. They are truly amazing. The one teller is so rude. I’ve been a bank customer for 3 years and for $200 withdrawal she not only required my ID but two other forms of ID and so condescending and rude about it. I actually drive further to go to Coral Springs where everyone is polite and professional ~Melissa

Another Neighborhood Publix, which I totally love. This Publix is clean and the entire staff is always friendly, super kind and always willing to help. The shelves are always stocked. I love shopping here, the Publix brand is wonderful on a whole! I don't have any complaints. I pay a little more than Walmart. But I enjoy my shopping experience. 🛍 Stop in at this Publix u won't regret it!! ~Donnille

I ran to the gas station to grab some necessities. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I gassed up and attempted to go into my car and realized I locked my keys and phone inside! I ran inside not knowing what to do, and to my rescue, the manager(very nice man) was so helpful and caring. He lent me his phone and lended such helpful hands! I cant thank him and the cashier who's so sweet, enough! I was able to let my job know what was going on and call a locksmith who came in 30 mins! What could have been more stressful, all was actually kept at bay by good people. Thank you!! ~Pricilla

I've been going to this Publix pharmacy for years and the staff are great. Mitch has bent over backwards making sure I'm cared for on several occasions. I trust him with my healthcare pharmaceutical needs as he is definitely a professional that knows his job. He has even given me vaccinations. I personally don't want to go anywhere else. ~R.
