Best bakery in Coconut Creek, Florida (FL) 2025

I ordered a mini cake that has Florette's all around the cake and when I got there it was not what I ordered at all. Once I explained that to a young lady named Kayla she offered to get a manager and then she took it to another level of offering to fix the cake by creating the Florette’s on the mini cake for me. I left the bakery to finish my shopping and when I returned to the bakery I picked up EXACTLY what I ordered to begin with. I was so happy she was able to fix the mess her coworker did when he placed my order. Kayla you are just an amazing and awesome person. I want to Thank you sincerely for being you. Kind and so understanding when I was so upset. Thank you and please continue to be the helpful human you are. We need more of you in this world. I would recommend this Publix for their overall friendliness and overcompensating for their customers. They are truly amazing. Kayla please also Thank the manager on staff that night I can’t remember his name but he was also just awesome! P.S. I told you I would do this review. You truly deserve it. Another Neighborhood Publix, which I totally love. This Publix is clean and the entire staff is always friendly, super kind and always willing to help. The shelves are always stocked. I love shopping here, the Publix brand is wonderful on a whole! I don't have any complaints. I pay a little more than Walmart. But I enjoy my shopping experience. 🛍 Stop in at this Publix u won't regret it!! ~Donnille
