The one teller is so rude. I’ve been a bank customer for 3 years and for $200 withdrawal she not only required my ID but two other forms of ID and so condescending and rude about it. I actually drive further to go to Coral Springs where everyone is polite and professional

I went in last Thursday at 11:15 AM to open a new account and there were 2 employees and NO customers and was told no one could sit with me to open an account. They were also pretty rude.......WOWZA! I would have to drive 5-6 miles past this branch to another branch to hope for service.

My experience at this praticular branch is always exceptional the tellers are always welcoming and the branch manager Ms.Forrest is very hands on , when I needed a loan she sat there with me and helped me out so much. The experience I get at this branch is better than some at other banks.

Terrible terrible terrible everything about this branch is terrible i would gove negative stars if i could. The manager the banker the teller all unprofessional and rude. They can keep you there for 45 minutes easy to make a simple withdrawal. This branch used to be much better but the new manager is doing a terrible job all of them look miserable and depressed this place will not last long

Normally I LOVE this bank and the employees here, but this mornings encounter really left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know who the young man was working, I believe his name is Ryan. but someone walked in the door as I got out of my car, the employee shut and locked the door in my face. When I stated the online site said it was closed at 1, he locked the door Immediately after letting another customer thru the door. It hadn’t even been 2 seconds before he was incredible rude and curt and refused to let me in. I understand they were closed, but it was the manner in which he locked the door in my face. Absolutely unacceptable. Never had a bad experience with suntrust before this one and I’m completely disgusted.

Recently decided to open an account with Suntrust and selected this branch and was so happy I did. The service I received was exceptional and the manager Mrs Margaret Forest was such a pleasure to deal with.

Have signed over my check times and times over and went through drive thru window, and now after doing this for almost a year I need to now come inside? If this was a compay standard they why was this being done over and over differently.
