I am going to start this off by saying I live Starbucks but this one is an absolute NO GO! Lacked workers, crowded, the bathroom was HORRIBLE, and the overall quality is just not up to the Starbucks quality I’m used to. Management and corporate need to really get this location in order because I’ve never been more disgusted.

This has been my go to location for years. Always been fast and reliable until sometime in the last few months. Not sure what happened but the service is so so so slow. Ordering ahead is never ready, requires waiting with a handful of others as we wait for orders to be made. They used to be efficient and really on top of things. Today when I finally got my order I got to the car to discover my food item was still cold/partially frozen. Pretty frustrating.

This was the worst ever. I ordered through uber eats, was never notified they didn't have items. $70 order only delivered about $20 worth of items and everything was wrong and or made incorrectly. This location has been having many issues.

Super slow. They were all concerned for seeing each other and giving each other hugs as someone came in to work. Also, I assume an employee came in and they were not on schedule but the workers talked to her a lot and made her drink before mine when I had been there first. This is what happens when kids run the show.

The worst Starbucks experience ever. I normally go to the 441 and west boca location but I have an appointment in the area so I figure to stop off for some of my daily routine and getting my favorite beverage and food. The worst decision ever!!! I waited over 25 minutes to get my pink drink and the baristas have no sense of urgency seeing customers have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. It’s unacceptable to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee drink. I do not recommend this location and you’re better off at a different location!!!

Service is extremely slow. There is no sense of haste in any of the employees here. This is my second day trying to get my go-to coffee and sandwich combo. I had hoped today would prove different, but no. Just know you need at least 15-20 minutes of patience if you intend to order here.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years and lately I’m not sure what’s going on. I understand being busy but if I place a mobile order and then I come to the counter and stand there for 10 minutes, I think someone should acknowledge me. That’s basic customer service. I order mobile so that I don’t have to wait but somehow I still always end up waiting. Simply asking what I’m waiting on so it can be worked on is the bare minimum. This has happened on several occasions, which is why I decided to write this.

During my last 3 visits I saw the same homeless man sleeping on the couch outside. Tables, chairs and the establishment is riddled with grime. I found it hard to believe a Starbucks is neglected so badly. 4 bad experiences is enough for me to shop elsewhere. Seems like the people who frequent this location have become used to the poor conditions.

I feel kind of bad leaving a negative review, but I feel worse not warning people. Service is extremely slow here, even if you order ahead. I have to say, the staff tries very hard, but it's a very busy location, and they would certainly benefit from having at least one or two more people working. The manager, Richard, is great, and is always friendly and helpful, even at the busiest times. The staff in general seems to be pretty nice and friendly, just definitely overwhelmed. Sometimes the coffee takes 30 minutes, sometimes the food takes 30 minutes. Would definitely like to see some quicker service here.

First time here today and not only did Maria lie to me and tell me there was no more Almond milk so I was forced to use oat milk in my drink as im waiting for my drink to he made one of the other workers was using almond milk to make other customers drinks. And apparently this location doesn't care about if you ordered first your drink should be made first. I waited almost 10 minutes for my drink why 3 customers who came after me had their drinks made before mine. Very bad customer service especially to a first time and now last time customer. Will never go back to this location again.
