Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

Luis took the time to explain the difference between THC and terpenes and their effects on the body. As a Biologist, it was nice to learn something new. As a patient, it was great to understand how to better use my medications. Keep him! He's amazing!

The associates really provide the best, most useful information. They are all very polite and management is such a huge help. During these times, it’s important to remember that companies can be short staffed but these guys truly do their very best to have everyone in and out in a timely manner. Usually this location is a mess and I started going to another Trulieve. I had to stop in quickly today and I had the pleasure of meeting Phil. He was funny, enjoyable, as well as knowledgeable. He took the time to look up test results to see the terpene profiles. No one ever did that for me. Usually the person in front of me lacks personality or you can tell they don’t want to be there. Phil looked all around the store for any item I was interested and explained it to me. Honestly, I never write reviews and this store by itself is a 3 star at best but Phil made my visit worth it. Keep more associates who know the product.

Last time I went in I got taken care of by Sophie! She was fantastic! She took her time to talk to me about the different products that were available. She was great. I also get great care from Sam P, Carolina, Stan, Maria, Ava and everyone else there. Management is also super helpful as well. My Luna loves everyone there.

I love coming to this specific location. I feel very welcomed by all the staffs and Maria Villalona is my ONLY go to person. Maria v is very knowledgeable and very helpful she always goes above and beyond! I’ve had a few experiences with some of the other workers and I have to tell you it’s NOT the same. I always call to make sure Maria is in before coming in. This girl knows exactly what I want and always has a few options for me to choose from. Every time I walk in those doors she makes the process smooth and fast which that’s exactly what I love about this gal.
