Biggest mistake I've ever made opening up accounts at Wells fargo. The customer service at this branch is slow and rude! I will be canceling all of my accounts and my three Platinum corporate credit cards with this bank!

ANGIE the teller was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My mother just had surgery and I was getting some cash for her. DO YOUR BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE.... BANK OF AMERICA would be my recommendation .

The workers hear are some of the worst in the county. They do everything possible to avoid working. Marie Denis is extraordinarily lazy, and hides her incompetence by gaslighting the customer. Avoid this branch and go to the one on Military and Linton. The associates there are way more helpful, appreciative of your business, and motivated to assist.

Worse costumer service. I try to send a wire transfer and they refused cause they were closing soon, it was 430 and they close at 5... the place was totally empty, I was the only costumer. When i told them than in other branches it took few minutes to send a wire transfer they insist on the fact that since they close at 5 they won't have the time...

Unfortunately it is no way to get this branch 0 Stars the worst customer service and very rude teller and the manager, all the cares about his employees not what we the customers needs don't waste your time going to this time.
