Terrible customer service. Nobody likes this bank. There is no practical help and all they want is for you to keep opening accounts for their own benefit. I would switch but it's too much trouble.

Why is there no teller? This branch is not business friendly. Waited 20 minutes to make a deposit. Terrible set up

I’ve been banking with PNC for 20 years all over the country and this branch is by far the best! They take care of my personal banking as well as my business accounts. Every time I walk in they sit down with me and personally help me with whatever I need. Rochelle is the manager there and I can’t say enough good things about her she always always goes above and beyond ... amazing job everyone!

This is my favorite Branch! Karen the banker provided amazing customer service. She was so patient and kind with all our questions. I’m so happy for choosing and relying on PNC Bank.

I’ve been here twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. The tellers were friendly and patient and took care of my banking needs. I’ll definitely be back!

Came early , and there was 3 people working . Had to rush to work thinking I could get a quick bank card but instead they have me waiting for more then 20 mins. The person that greeted me was a manager who could’ve assisted. All I wanted was a simple new card which takes less then 10 minutes but instead I was waiting for more then 20 minutes . Very disappointed. Ive been banking with the company for over 5 years and will reporting to corporate office. Happy I seen the managers name because I’m very disappointed.

The team at the East Linton branch are some of the most genuine and heart felt individuals I've had a chance to work with. David Mercer in my experience has been nothing but respectful always looked out for my best interest. There might be wait times, but the team gives a personal approach and guidance around solving any needs I have and that's far worth any wait time. This branch is amazing!

Worst experience at PNC to-date. Racist manager name David A. Mercer (VP Branch Manager) located at 500 Linton Blvd. Delray Beach, FL. He threatened to call the police on me because I was disputing fraudulent charges on my account. Yeah. Another #BBQBecky at work. I’ve had PNC for several years and never had an issue. The charges were clearly fraudulent but it wasn’t enough for David Crow. This man was condescending, arrogant, and his treatment was a stark contrast to that of other customers. He seemed disgusted that he had to deal with me. He wouldn’t even leave his office, I had to go to his office to speak with him. He has a VP title - seriously? Who at PNC is hiring these cartoon chatter? He also refused to initiate an investigation which is the right course of action. He kept diverting the facts to suit his narrative - which he didn’t have one. Thankfully I’ve opened another account at another bank and will never visit another PNC again.

The East Linton branch personal bankers have been a great help in taking care of my account and handling disputes. Great group of employees.
