Save your time and money. They tell you it'll be about a week. Once a week passes, you'll pass by their store and find out they haven't even started working on your project yet. When you call and ask at what time you can pick it up, they'll say it's almost ready and that they need another day. The next day they'll call you and deliver very poor/unfinished work. UPDATE: They refused to finish the job we paid for. We will reporting to the BBB. Very professional. RESPONSE TO OWNER: We weren't refunded 50% because we weren't happy with your work. You refunded us 50% because you didn't do the work. The refund should be 100% since the job was not completed. We can attach pictures. Again, BUYER BEWARE: this company will overcharge and not complete the job they were hired to do. They will then return half your money instead of the full amount.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service offered by DDR! From Betty handling renderings to our clients and Carlos proofing our work, they are always there to satisfy their clients! We send over 80 builds a year to them and are always thrilled with the end result. Best graphic design team in South Florida!

Definitely I won’t never recommend this company again! I contacted Carlos with one of my vip clients and he offers a service and we said it was important and urgent and after 3 days of trying to contact them to make the payment he never answered or reply saying we can not make the job Definitely I will go for more serious company to take care of their customers or be aware because you cannot expect a great result or good communication from them

This place has come down in service and quality since the soul and life of the business, Jose is not longer part of it! One star its one too many ! I just happen to be there since DDR was born and I knew the inside and out of such enterprise, and so many of your clients from the begining, and if you don't remember, I even share my warehouse with you for over a year in Pompano Beach- and of course I will be reaching to Jose Alvarez, just to wish him well in his new enterprise.
