The late night staff was so friendly. My first job was at papa John’s working the late shift and everyone here was positive and gave my wife an extra special birthday surprise! Leeann and Mouse made us an amazing pie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the attitude of these young people.

This store is going down hill fast. Last order I placed they tried to pass off saying they didn't deliver to my address but I have been ordering from this store for 7 years. Now today they completely messed up my order and when I called in to talk to the manager he just said he wasn't taking orders because he was so backed up. I was on hold for 15 minutes and called back in and got the same answer. I told him I'm not calling to order I'm calling to have my order corrected and he placed me back on hold. Not only was it wrong but the pizza was not even cut. I would love a call from the owner about this method of doing business. My pregnant wife can't eat the order that was delivered.

Everything in the store had a film of white dust on it. The store might be going thru renovations, but please do a proper wipe down of everything... display cases, counter, display bottles.... everything. The food prep workers had no gloves on while handling food items. Between the white dust and the food prep workers not wearing gloves, there was no way we could eat anything from that store. The young man at the counter had no idea of what he was doing. Had no idea of the new product, and was not properly trained. Horrible.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I spoke with someone who claimed his name was Billie / Billy. He wasn't very pleasant nor wanting to help me. I had an issue with ordering pizza that wasn't delivered. However my money was taken out. He claimed it was the call centers fault. When the number called was the stores number. He said they should of redirected the order. If that was the case there would have been proof of the order. I think you should work on your people skills Billy. You put off a rude and disrespectful vibe. Get better help.

Terrible service. I have credits from wrong orders that I can’t even use bc the manager just puts you on hold even when you call at slow times, multiple times, etc. if you get to order, wings are never crispy, sauce is scarce, pizza isn’t always cooked long enough & they miss instructions. They’ll give you credits but never answer you to use them, just hang on hold hearing an ad for drivers. Terrible on multiple occasions. Male “manager” won’t even mention his name or sorry for his own incompetence.

I am really appreciative of the staff tonight, unfortunately due too work i and my girl showed up late.. both of us working in retail we both felt as if we were being "that" customer. But with rumbling stomachs and bleary eyes we persisted on sense the online order was ready, we were met with a locked door, which was quickly followed up with a smile and the sound of a door unlocking form a friendly person named mouse. And withing 3 minutes we both where leaving out with smiles form how kind and understanding the staff was! The pizza was great n staff is excellent, will be returning. Thank you mouse & bella

I thought the chicken on the bbq chicken was just low quality because it had an odd taste, I haven’t had it in years so i thought maybe they changed the recipe. The next morning I was throwing up, I’m assuming the chicken is either bad, or gets left out of the freezer for too long because nobody cares

I have ordered from here a a few times when I'm feeling lazy on a rainy night after a long day at work and the pizza is always delicious and quicker than expected! Stuffed crust works is pretty boss 🤙

This location is terrible. Every time I order from this store they make mistakes with my order. I'd recommend, if you do order from here, to order pickup so you can verify your order before you leave. I called to address it in hopes the manager would correct it and forget about it but got a huge attitude about it. I didn't want anything in return. Just wanted them to fix it. First time I called a young man said he was the manager and I didn't get his name. I called back after writing this to get their name and Leann answered the phone and she claimed to be the manager. If you're reading this you might think I was rude, but I can assure you I handled this with kid gloves. They're incompetent and couldn't care less. This is really unfortunate because I strongly prefer PJ's to any other franchise pizza. I'll be finding a new pizza place to spend my money.

It was a regular on-line order for carry out. Got this place 10 min before closing. The personal was very friendly and pizza was done nicely - accurate with uniformly distributed topping. Since we were hungry after our bike trip, without further ado we decided to dinner, right next to their bakery, thanks to that table close by. So, it was a really nice experience.
