"Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles" (with apologies to the musical "Fiddler On A Roof"). After being rear-ended 2 1/2 weeks ago by a careless driver, I got my car back today. Many people told me stories of how cars have been in the shop for 2 months or more due to the supply chain problems. I thank God that I got my car back a lot sooner. A big shout out to Gilbert Trujillo and the whole staff at AutoNation Collision Center Fort Lauderdale South for their excellent work.

From my first communication with AutoNation Collision Center to picking up my fixed truck my experience was nothing less than 5-star. I worked with Kyle Porter who was so nice and helpful. He gave me a quote within just 5 minutes of bringing my truck in! He called me in a few days to tell me the parts had arrived and scheduled a time for me to bring in my truck. The price was a little less than his estimate and my truck was ready sooner than he estimated! This shop has a pre-negotiated collision rate at Enterprise of $38/day and that was important to me as I was not using my insurance. One of the friendly staff drove me to Enterprise to get my rental and when it was time to pick up my fixed truck they drove my rental car back to Enterprise so I didn't have to! I was rear ended and my bumper needed to be replaced among other repairs. Kyle was our service advisor and we enjoyed our experience with him. Once the repair was complete, we had a few things we needed adjusted and he was very open and accommodating. The manager Mike was also very nice and helpful

The technician that was doing the work knew what he was doing. My car was ready a couple of days earlier than expected and the technician kept me always informed during the repair process. I went to the collision center and the service was very prompt. I felt like I was a part of a family and not just another vehicle needing repair. The manager was very attentive and staff was excellent, but most of all the female at the front desk, Sasha was amazing. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was also informative. Kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. I was a ease knowing I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend!

I visited this place when my Ford flex was T-boned by another driver. I met Juan T there who took care of me from beginning to end. Keeping me posted on the process with the other people's insurance company, my cars status and breaking the news that my almost paid off car...was a total loss. The staff was polite and professional, and when I had to look for another vehicle, they told me of places and gave me point people to contact to help me bring my situation to a close. I recommend this collision center to all my people, and they've taken excellent care of every referral. Top notch 500 Stars!
