The staff were professional and very nice. The truck broke down due to a bad battery terminal however the rep had explained very clearly what to do if we had any problems in the beginning. We followed his instructions, a repair truck was dispatched and it was all resolved. We were issued a small credit for our time which I appreciated.

Your sale person kaya was excellent she even got to to get a unit with this company and to leave another where I am at now so she’s a keeper but I phone today looking for her about4:20 to 4:45 my lord I told that person I’ll wait for kaya but I’m still impressed with the company thank you for being there when I needed 🙏

We spend over $ 11,000 dollars per year renting trucks. The manager of this location, Harry, should be fired and management should come in and reorganize the entire location. He is extremely rude with a "I do not care about you attitude". Disrespectful is the best way to describe this manager. If I had someone like that in my business my doors would be closed. I am tired of picking up VERY dirty trucks and passenger seats with seat belts that do not work. This is not the first time we have had problems with U-haul. Also, the location at 1124 West Sunrise did not even clean the last truck we picked-up. It had broken glass and screws in the back. Also, the cab was dirty with food and other things. Again, the seat belt did not work and which jeopardizes my staff. Upon returning the vehicle the manager charged us for a cleaning fee for the bad condition he gave it to us.
