Involved in a MVA on US 19 South. Called AAA they dispatched Pete’ towing. The operator, Lawrence arrived in timely fashion. He knows his tradecraft. I requested a flatbed, due to damage. Perfect tow made sure no further damage done to car. He was courteous and professional during the operation. Thank you, Ken

Bob came from Pete's towing in lake park Florida to Boynton Beach via AAA to check out a battery for us .yes we needed a new one and he was very nice and knew his stuff and he actually has a van with just batteries and under the hood stuff! Bob also came a couple of months ago to check out our other cars battery ..the first time is why we just directly called Pete's towing.

I had a rental vehicle from Hertz and got a flat tire. I called Hertz for roadside assistance and they dispatched Pete's Towing. A driver called me within 30 minutes and said that he would be at my location in about 30-40 minutes. 3 hours later no one had arrived yet. I texted the driver and provided my location again to be sure he had the correct address and got no response. I called the driver and it went directly to voicemail and no call back. I called Hertz again and they contacted the dispatcher who said that the driver was in route and would arrive within the hour. Another hour went by and still no one had come. A whole day wasted while I was stuck waiting for someone who never came. These people are the worst!!! Service: Auto tire replacement

John was great! Something happed to my cooling system and my coolant dumped out right after an Uber Eats delivery, made an appointment with AAA around 9:15pm and by 9:30pm we were loaded up and heading back to the house. Clean truck, friendly service, responsive, professional, and safe.

I had a starter issue and a very cordial fellow came and towed my car to their shop in Holiday. The mechanic confirmed it was my starter, ordered the part, and within 24 hours I was back on the road.
