I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to St. Lucie Battery & Tire and I had the best customer service(Anson and Bailey). My ABS and Traction Control Lights were on and they were able to scan with code reader and see what the problem was. They ordered parts locally and got them in a timely manner so they were able to get my Jeep fixed and price was very reasonable! Customer experience was awesome!

My husband and I have been loyal customers of St Lucie Battery in Jensen for years. We have luxury cars but learned quickly that going here instead of the dealers was the right choice. I had tires and front brakes replaced plus an oil/filter changed. Dropped my car at 8am and received a call at 2pm that the job was completed. Service is reliable and completed in a timely manner plus the staff is pleasant and well trained. Prices are competitive and they do price match. Good job!

The first time I came to your place was in 2019, for four new tires. The service I received was so nice, the work done in a timely manner, without an appointment. The price was fair, and not once did I have any issues with the tires. This year, 2022, I came back, for new tires. What a bunch of crooks😡 Charged my wife $28.00 to remove a screw from her tire and put a rubber plug in. NEVER AGAIN. I suggest that if you EVER need ANY tire repairs or replacements, LOOK ELSEWHERE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE👎👎👎

The staff did an amazing job rotating and balancing the tires on a Tesla. They were super nice and efficient. No scratches on the rims and they used the special Tesla pucks needed to protect the car when using a jack. Thank you!m team!

VERY knowledgeable about my car! Which I'm NOT that's why i take it there. Never had an issue. The thing i enjoy, they explain what is wrong before they fix it to clear it with you! Prices are not sky high. Guys are very nice to work with. I highly recommended them. My friend sent me there! I've been happy☺

They were fantastic. I was at the Jensen Beach location on Jensen beach Blvd where it's just a bit from Publix. I made an appointment. Well I actually tried to go in the day before, but they were so busy I would have a long wait. I can e back and made an appointment. I was worried about doing this on a work day. But I had to get the tire fixed that had a nail on it on the car I just purchased two weeks ago for gods sakes. Went in for my appointment and I only had to wait for 40 minutes just like the lovely girl who checked me in said. She said 45. But from start to finish it was like 43. The nail didn't destroy my tire and was easily patched. I have four brand new tires on this vehicle. So it was the best outcome. The mechanic also came out to explain to me how my tire and nail in it, worked out in the placement on the tire where I should continue not to have a problem. I liked this bunch of people. Wish I got there names! My appointment time was 10 am. I hope this helps corporate because these people do a great job.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I made an appointment in advance. When I showed up for my oil change and tire rotation, the shop was busy but they were right on time. The counter help greeted me with a smile. Everyone was professional and pleasant. The work was performed promptly. I also received some good advice for my next service. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

When I arrived there on a fairly busy morning I was happily greeted by two different employees . I needed a new valve stem for a trailer tire and told them I was not in a rush and dropped it off. I received a call from them not even 2 hours later telling me it was done and ready for pickup. When I arrived back it was still busy but they have an efficient system in place for taking care of their customers. Nothing but great customer service and the price they charged me was extremely fair ! I would highly recommend.
