bad place, went to buy hot dogs, didn't have what was advertised, would have to pay more, didn't want to buy. they took the hot dog ready and threw it in the trash, I will never go back to this gas station

If I could give this person at this store a 0 I would. Never have I been treated so horrible in my life. This employee named nicole had a mouth like I wouldn’t believe. I normally spend about $400 or more a week in gas for my business, cigarettes, alcohol & more. Never have I been more ignored in my life or heard one person talk so bad about a company when the rest of the employees are good people. I will never come here again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone I know as long as she’s still employed there. I will make sure I tell others I know not to bother coming to this place unless she’s gone. Maybe I’ll return if they let her go.

No decaf coffee, and they didn't even bother to offer to make some. No wonder Wawa is killing 7Eleven. Going to Circle K now, where they always have it, and it it runs out they will make one for you.

Always OUT OF PAPER for receipts and have to go inside to get one- today I was in too big of a hurry to go inside for my $30 receipt- when I checked my account online, apparently I WAS NOT CHARGED and my total on my CC was $0.00 pending. I tried relentlessly to notify the store that it appears they are giving away free gas and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Three hours of trying to contact them is my limit- Circle K just opened- and they have receipts! And they answer the phone.

Really Like the speed of service at 7-11. They were friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was the bathroom was dirty.

Got lost coming home from Longwood, and wanted to come home without getting on I-4. The lady working there, took the time to help me find my way to Hwy 46, despite being very busy. Cannot thank her enough, as we took several wrong turns prior to stopping at this 7-Eleven. Sorry I did not get her name in my frustration. Hope she reads this.. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I was very upset an disappointed at the service i had with the 711 this evening. The owner was standing all over the place on the phone bein rude had people in store mad at him an children under 15 behind the counter being responsible with peoples money ,tabaccoo products an all while he merely stood there with a line out the door an took no action. Smh. Horrable.

Worst 7-11 ever. Coffee never made in the morning. Same disrespectful Puerto Rican piece of garbage has sat behind the counter for over a year with ear buds and acts bothered when he has to work. Prices on most things 10% more minimum them other 7-11's. Keep driving Wawa isn't that far down the road!

PLEASE!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! I just had the worst, most humiliating experience of my life. The manager, Jen, is a horrific human being whom should NEVER have gotten into customer service. The clerk/store made a mistake with my amex Bluebird card, and now I am out $31.00 -all the money I have in the world - until it gets put back in my account in a few DAYS. I am a hard working, yet poor (thus the Bluebird) woman and now I have nothing. I BEG...please bypass this store and go to the one just a couple miles away on 17-92. This despicable "manager" even refused to tell me who owned the franchise or who her boss was. Don't trust this store with your hard earned money, please. No one can help me, but maybe I can save someone else from what I went through.
