Most of the time it is OK and they are pretty fast. Has a problems using card at the gas pump Don't ever use your card at the gas pump go inside it if you have to. Gas been very high lately lol

Im a forty year old,went in for a drink and to add $ to a card. 800 in morn on aug1.waswalking up to the counter and some worker sarts yelling "chief put your backpack over here man"!! Im wondering what happens to ladiez w purses.....WHO IS GOING TO REIMBURSE ME?....IF MY BAGS STOLEN.IM NOT HOMELESS IWALK W PACK. I HAPPES TO HAVE ALOT OF MONEY IN IT AND THIS GUY Istrying to embarasse me. SIR is the proper way to adress your elders.THIS GUY needs to rethink theservice industry.

Men's restroom is rarely clean and almost never has soap. Thankfully I keep hand sanitizer with me, so it's better than nothing. I hoped when they stated having a guy working in the morning or would be better but no. Now I'm just hoping he never uses the restroom while at work since there isn't ever soap in there. I have told the workers on numerous occasions about the lack of soap, but even after 2 or 3 days in a row they either never do anything about it or it's gone by the next morning.

A very nice please. They even began caring a small selection of lactaid free items for me because I went in so often. Staff is very helpful and kind.

This Location is just ok 👌. The parking lot needs work. Very shall and all the concrete is cracking everywhere. So if you need a spot come early . Decent prices ok gas ⛽️ and items in the store 🏬 the staff is very nice and professional. I was visiting my friend in Longwood and I knew I was going to be on the road for a while and had a long drive ahead so I stop in for a coffee ☕️ The Coffee was nice and hot The staff helped me the sugar packets because I couldn’t find them . I thanked them and bought my coffee and was on my way . The bathrooms 🚽 need work . They were very small and There was hardly any hand soap left and not a lot of toilet paper left either . The bathrooms need to be cleaned at least twice a day if not more . Over all the best thing about this place is the coffee and the nice staff . I would not recommend it though or at least until till they start a remodel on a few things . Thanks 🙏

None of the employees are wearing masks or even have masks. Almost all of the customers do not wear or have masks. The sign on the door is a joke. Masks are not required and the employees are allowed to cough all over everything.

If you have anyone on the register they should be trained properly. I shouldn’t have to be given a hard time because YOUR employees don’t know how to do their JOB and have a nasty attitude. As well as the managers, I shouldn’t be ignored by the manager for a technical issue that is not my fault. I am a manager myself for a Different company and I make sure my staff is trained, and if a customer is trying to get my attention I wouldn’t ignore them and walk away. I am a paying customer, and to be treated rudely is poor on your part. I will not be coming back to your company.

This is the worst 7-11 I have been and I have even been to third world countries 7-11's. They never have receipts at the pumps, the pumps suck, the card readers almost never work and when asked, the employees are clueless. There was not even a manager on duty last time at was at this POS. Seriously 🙄👎
