This store doesn’t even deserve one star. Heidi is the worst manager I’ve seen at this store. She was on her phone, she had an attitude with me from the moment I walked in. She was complaining the whole time. A manager should not act like that. Store was a mess. I would not recommend this location, racetrack is so much better, worth the extra time.

If I could give a zero I would, ordered delivery the wrap was not cooked 100% raw so threw it away. The hot sub was as hard as a brick so it too got thrown away! Run to Firehouse worth the drive and it will be edible!

I love the new look and design of this subway its has a great welcome. Young lady by the name of Daina works very hard and keeps the lunch hour line moving quickly. She's always doing an excellent job. New subs are delicious. Thnx again Daina.

1st and foremost it took it took the young lady who was helping me in 10 or more minutes to make my sandwich not to mention she did not greet me like the other 2 workers did workers did she had a Bad attitude and didn't seem like she cared to even be there let alone get help from another employee who is just trying to be nice and help her out and show her the right way to do something I believe her name was tyisha. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway before the other 2 workers were very kind and nice and they've greeted me when I came in this girl just kind of sat there and took very long in each task she was doing including putting her gloves on it took her about 5 minutes to do that she looked like she hated her life her job and everything in between and had a very bad I don't care attitude. Very very poor on customer service will not be coming back

Manager Heidi is the worst. She’s always on her phone and not listening to orders, my sub was a complete mess and she didn’t listen to me and put stuff on it I can’t eat. Then she just left to the back and never came back out. I could tell the other customers Were having a hard time with her as well. I’ve never had such a problem with a manager, shes very unprofessional and should be replaced, she did not know what she was doing and was asking other employees how to do her job.

This store needs a new manager, I’m not sure who hired Heidi but they did not choose well. She is rude to customers and her employees, very unprofessional the way she acts and the way she makes subs, mine was a complete disaster. I had to remake it when I got home with different bread. If she’s there just go to a different subway, trust me it’s not worth dealing with her. Not to mention she was on her phone the whole time and it didn’t sound like a call that had to do with work. All around bad experience with her and it’s not the first time.

One of my best experience with Subway was today with Devon and Angel. Made our visit a blast. They were helpful in every way. Food did not taste great. The presentation of our Sub Bowl was awesome and full of pride, normally its just tossed in the bowl which is not a problem at all. You could see it in the works. It was a fun experience Devon and Angel and wish more places were just as fun every single time.

If you enjoy watching "Nailed It" look no further. Skip watching TV and just enjoy watching them completely destroy your sandwich. Only 50 percent of customers actually get to wonder if they have an edible sandwich. The other half never got their order.

I ordered via the subway app for my wife to pickup. When my wife arrived she was ignored for about 10 minutes. Then the employee greeted her with hey, hey, hey. He couldn’t even say excuse me ma’am or how can I help you. When she was given our order the cookies were not in the bag. When she asked for the cookies she was told they were out and she would have to wait behind the 8 other customers that came in after her. She asked for a refund but the employee said he couldn’t refund the money and she would have to contact subway.
