It's BBW, what else is there to say? Lol-This location is one of the last hold outs in the "mall" but the store is great, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I hope they are able to stay there, it saves us from a longer drive to Destin, or having to wait for online orders.

My experience at this Bath & Body Works was horrible. I have never experienced horrible customer service at Bath & Body Works. When I entered into the store Robin greeted me with a warm welcome. As I went to make a candle selection Katie followed me did not offer to assist but followed me. As I went to make a fragrance selection Rya followed me didn’t offer to assist but followed me. I decided to put my items back because I felt very uncomfortable. I ask to speak to the supervisor unfortunately Rya was the supervisor on duty. From the reviews the employees often target and discriminate against black individuals.

Who doesnt love a bath and body works?!?! I know I do! I especially love when the associates are always helping me come up with personal fragrance options and even combining perfumes(idk why ive never thought of that before.) I came in the store on the 19th and was greeted by an associate, i believer her name was Jasmin. She seemed newer, but she was a delight and joy to talk to/greet with. She and I had similar frangrance preferences and reccomended on of the newer scents. I never have any problems with this location, and am always overall pleased even if i walk out with nothing(which is almost impossible). Thank You<3

I have loved Bath & Bodyworks for many years. Yes, the Employees are Helpful & Kind. A little ADVICE for the Staff at this location: DO NOT HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS when they come in to browse & shop. Give us some time to look around. If we need assistance, we will ask for it. We All APPRECIATE how Attentive you are, but STOP bugging your customers just to make a sale. It's VERY Annoying & Upsets most of us. My mother was visiting me & we came into Bath n Bodyworks. She WALKED OUT because the same Sales Girl kept coming around bothering us. The store is Clean & Organized. Lots of lovely scents, as usual. And some Great Deals on Clearance!

I felt rushed and harassed for sure !!! The employees were very helpful and did tell me about all the new items but they also followed me around the store and I started feeling uncomfortable! One employee took my bag after I told her I was still shopping , she didn’t offer me another bag which led me to carry my items in my hand !!! It was my first time at this location, I just moved to Florida! Crazzzzy !
