Horrible experience the day we returned the car. If I had known they was gonna process the full amount for $2,225 I wouldn't have washed nor vacuumed the car out. I specifically told them I had less than 200 in my account and yet they processed the full amount of $2,225..... I was paying weekly (which they put a hold on there every week I extended it). Then BAM they got me $2,225 in the negative in my bank. Both my bank and hertz said there's nothing they could do. So not only did I pay the full amount to hertz...I have to dig my way out the hole with the bank...THANKS ALOT HERTZ
