They are short staffed but they have THE BEST attitude about it. When I pulled up to the drivethru box they apologized and said it would be about 5 mins before they could take my order, pull up to the window and still just as nice as can be. Food was extremely fresh and very tasty. Please keep up the fantastic service. We need more fast food places like you. The person at the window's name was Anthony. I hope this comes back to you and you get the recognition you deserve.

Wonderful staff,clean , comfortable rooms. Our room had an ocean view. It was beautiful. We had a balcony.The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant in the hotel is awesome.

Came in after they had a power surge so half the system was down. Most places would have put a sign out for no service. This crew however buckled down and worked as a team to get the orders out as fast as possible. All the while keeping a pleasant attitude with customers. That's a sign of great leadership by the manager on duty that night. Our food still came out fresh, hot and on time better then some places I've visited fully staffed and powered.

This Arby's is close to home and the food is good even with the typical slow service. Today however when I went here to get lunch the guy said it would be 10 minute wait if I wanted to wait. I said that was fine I would wait and the staff said "there's always one". So I said nevermind I'll go somewhere else. So that's my plan moving forward.

Taking orders one at a time, while 2 or 3 people stood around talking and laughing. Manager was out front with I'm assuming her kids and significant other while there was 10 people in line. Then management came back and never saw her out front helping which is I'm sure where the employees was getting it from. Now to be fair on the ordering part one or 2 at a time there was a sign on the outside door that I left from (not entered from so I didn't see it coming in and no1 said anything) saying their network was down and they were manually taking orders. Had I known that waiting I would have been fine. But watching the employees just chatting and laughing manager Included not helping like they should have been to move stuff along quicker was unnecessary. Definitely starts at the top in this store. Crazy

I ordered a roost beef sandwich which tasted very good. Totally disgusted with sating area, very dirty, Number staffers loudly laughing and one prep employee before preparing order had her hands crossed under arm pit. I rated two star because asher was customer friendly with greeting and sandwich really fresh a d tasty.

Perfect food. This Arby's still puts the red sauce on the Beef and Cheddar. The way it's supposed to be made. (I'm leaving the original review) Went back today. HORRIBLE. Never seen roast beef cut this thick! Wouldn't even fold over. No red sauce on my Beef and Cheddar this time. They get 5 stars for inconsistencies. 🤬

We went inside as our truck and trailer would not clear. There were 9 couples ahead of us. There were 3 people visible working and taking 2 customers at a time inside which drive through had no line at any point before I arrived or left. They drive thru they must have higher quotas to meet then in multi use store.

I felt like it was OK for a truck stop quick in and out Arby's. However, comparing this to a normal Arby's. I found this restaurant a little messier. The music they played was more like dance music and not dining . Employees were dancing around. Employees seemed friendly but I wonder just how seriously clean the folks keep things here

We stopped by here for a quick dinner, but at the drive through we were told that we’d have to come inside to order. Upon entering, we were told they were out of beef. We ordered boneless wings and a chicken sandwich. The server presented us with a bag of boneless wings and forgot to include the chicken sandwich-which was on the counter next to the bag. At least 1 of my boneless wings was under cooked. Needless to say, this place has moved significantly lower on my choice of options.
