I would give up Metro before I go to the store again! Poor customer service more concerned about being on their phone and not willing to help anyone. Worst store I've been into poor management ~Cheryl

Had to get a COVID test here due to feeling ill. Had a home test done, but needed an official test to confirm. Waited well over an hour after my scheduled appointment to get tested. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting who were clearly sick for over an hour waiting to get tested that scheduled an appointment. This location is not prepared for proper testing. ~Brian

My experience at this Bath & Body Works was horrible. I have never experienced horrible customer service at Bath & Body Works. When I entered into the store Robin greeted me with a warm welcome. As I went to make a candle selection Katie followed me did not offer to assist but followed me. As I went to make a fragrance selection Rya followed me didn’t offer to assist but followed me. I decided to put my items back because I felt very uncomfortable. I ask to speak to the supervisor unfortunately Rya was the supervisor on duty. From the reviews the employees often target and discriminate against black individuals. ~Terrica

Jackson Hewitt is amazing. I was scared to file because of Obama care in 2018. I was filling for 3 yrs. & was very nervous that I owed much $. That was not the case. It turns out that was not the case. Jackson Hewitt has never disappointed me. The associates there are always very helpful & accommodate any issues. I recommend JH highly. Great authentic Mexican environment. We enjoy coming here with family and friends. Food is always delicious. Staff is quite friendly as well. Prices are just like most Mexican restaurants affordable as well. Preparation time may take a tad longer than some other places in town. Nonetheless, portion sizes definitely make the wait time worthwhile. We never could finish our entrees at one take. Often or not we end up taking our leftovers home and eat them next day for lunch as if we went there twice (for dinner and lunch). 😊 By the way they also offer a military discount, which is always a great thing to see when businesses showing recognition for our service men and women! All in all I can’t recommend enough El Paso restaurant if you’re looking for an authentic Mexican cuisine around town. ~SOBI's

One of my best experience with Subway was today with Devon and Angel. Made our visit a blast. They were helpful in every way. Food did not taste great. The presentation of our Sub Bowl was awesome and full of pride, normally its just tossed in the bowl which is not a problem at all. You could see it in the works. It was a fun experience Devon and Angel and wish more places were just as fun every single time. ~Drew

Mrs.Thomas and her husband are wonderful! They were both very friendly and made us feel welcomed. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and go over everything with us. We were dreading doing our taxes but thanks to her and her husband we are looking forward to doing them again next year with her. She's the best! ~Angela
