I would give up Metro before I go to the store again! Poor customer service more concerned about being on their phone and not willing to help anyone. Worst store I've been into poor management

I had Boost Mobile for over a year and had consistent issues with it. I decided to switch to Metro and went into the store off Mary Esther cut off at almost closing time. Thinking to myself that there was probably no way I was going to be able to get service that day. But Kasey told me what I needed to switch and helped me with my account number with the other service, what phone I liked/love,told me all the perc's and everything I needed to know about my phone,helped me set it up and help me know where everything was at on the phone. Her customer care service is amazing. She was so kind,sweet and respectful. I even saved her name on my new phone as Kasey At Metro. I live closer to the one on racetrack. But after yesterday my family and I will be going to only the one off Mary Esther cut off.

Went into the store been customers with metro for 10 years bought two new Moto g stylus phones both phones have too many issues to even name off when I called metro PCS corporate and the local branch this one they told me nothing can be done because it been over 30 days I think I was right at the 42-day marker so now I'm on the phone with the credit card provider getting a refund don't waste your time going into the store or any metro PCS store as they don't stand behind their phones service or anything else it takes to run a business I hope I've helped all of you not make the same mistake I did and put your trust in a company you've done business with for 10 years

Phone took a spill so I came in to get a new phone and had tons of help from Marcus. I got switched over from Tmobile which wasn't as easy since I couldn't verify certain info without my phone. Marcus was knowledgeable and patient. He gave us directions that were incredibly helpful as I went back and forth between the Tmobile location and this Metro PCS location. He was informative on the phone before my in store visit and kind & helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the great customer service!

Went in to upgrade my wife's and my phone. We were looking to pickup an S9 or an S10, but they didn't have any in stock and was told it would be a 2-3 month wait for the S10... the only Samsung product they were willing to sell or had available was the S20. We were disappointed that this store, and the other 3 Sprint/T-Mobile stores we visited did not have any older Galaxy phones to purchase. It was a complete waste of time, as I could have bought an S10 or S9 online and have in my hands in 3 days. We also wanted to merge my wife's account and mine, but were told to call a Sprint customer rep and just do it online. It baffles me why these stores still exist, as they don't have product to purchase, or just refer you to talk to a customer rep on the phone, when I'm here in person at the store needing help. What would you say you all you do here? Because it's not selling phones or helping customers.

Worst service I’ve ever had. My girlfriend had this service and just bought the XR in July and lost her phone 10 days ago. She has insurance and ordered a new one and it’s still on back order as of today! They haven’t given her a temporary phone until hers gets here nor have they told her when hers will get her even though the insurance ensures you’ll get a new one within one to two days! Also when She went to this specific store to fix or find an alternative to her situation they didn’t do anything at all and one of the employees turned on Kevin gates in the lobby over her while she was crying her eyes out complaining about the situation! This is the worst phone line experience I’ve ever had and when I get my replacement refurbished phone I will be going to AT&T! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS PHONE PLANE ESPECIALLY FROM THIS STORE

Nicolas was very helpful and honest about the phones he was showing me. I haven't always had great customer service from this store or felt welcome or even acknowledged. However this time I got immediately greeted, all my questions answered, and my service fixed.

Went to switch over and join my moms account. Got told we can add another phone and the total would be around a 120 bucks. Guy rung everything up and total came to well over 200 bucks which then, we decided against the 2nd phone. Paid everything, and still had a due balance on the account which we were told by this store would drop off. Now Metro PCS is saying we owe this balance but won't say why. I highly recommend going anywhere else but you get screwed over and lied to.

Horrible service. No human emotion from this Latina women employee. Walked into the store did not greet us or even care that we were there since the awkward silence was so unsettling that I had to say good evening for her to notice us . Even though we were infront if us. Rolled her eyes. And popped gum as she talked . Did not have a name tag. And this was at 7pm Thurs. The 9th. Made me take my money and my business elsewhere . Will tell others not to go at this time.

One star because I HAD to. HORRIBLE service. Even tho all 3 can speak English they chose to speak Spanish while dancing, video taping and being ignorant blaring music. Have no idea how to do their jobs and now we're out money. Contacts we can't replace and time. If you choose to waste your time here, 1. Don't BUT if you do make sure MERCEDES or MICHAEL are there. They are the only two who actually can do their job and are helpful. Other than that will not be returning and will make sure everyone knows how HORRIBLE and IGNORANT these people and company are. Not to mention the wrong screen protector we were sold. Pathetic.
