My wife died and they locked down her and my son's joint account, including the mortgage money I sent my son to help. "Nothing we can do" is their standard reply, even hung up the phone on me trying to get my son's mortgage paid. They just dont care. Never do business with this bank.

I have been with this bank for a while now and thought that they was a great place to bank but today is the end of our relationship bc they tried to sue my wife over $480 that we knew we owed and had 100% plans to pay . She started a new job and was behind on a lot of other Bill's and all most lost our car and home we have two accounts with them that will be shut down today. Due to the fact that sueing a customer is wrong without a phone call or a letter. I only gave them 1 Star bc they made me but they don't deserve one at all. Now they trying to make her pay court cost of $130 that was unnecessary. And they are the ones that filed it.
