Great service, Cathy was incredibly helpful.. the entire team at the branch were welcoming, warm and fun. Key tip: Make an appointment! I recently opened an account at Citibank Miami Beach and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and the details catered to me. I stopped into the location, set up an appointment in person with Oscar at the teller check-in and then came in to have the account setup. Cathy Rincon worked one on one with me. She was kind, detailed and went above and beyond to make sure that not only was I getting the account that best suited my needs, but a detailed review of the benefits. My tips for a great experience in the branch: 1. Make an appointment, the branch is very busy and often cannot take walk-ins same day account openings. Check with the teller on what docs you need for your appointment. 2. Be prompt- as the location is busy, being on-time and ready with all the docs you need will make your experience a breeze. 3. Be sure to give yourself an hour or so from start to finish if you're opening a new account. 4. Pay for your parking in advance to avoid getting a ticket on the street.

The manager there is very nice and was very helpful but my overall experience with Citi bank is ok. They do not have the most user friendly app, require you to do things by phone when other banks have been doing the same thing online for years and make mistakes like send you the wrong card when your check card expires.

Worst service ever . I call my citigold manager usually once a year , he never call back or follow up on my request . It is clear that if i cant change the branch, i will remove my account fro this bank even though i have been with citibank sinc 1987 !

Waited over an hour in the lobby today (can't make an appt because citi's online site doesn't work), no one apologizes for the wait or gives an update how much longer. Overhear the manager complaining on the phone about being in a predominantly Jewish area... Just a completely poorly run branch.

Words cannot describe how bad this branch is. I feel bad for anyone who decides to see for themselves. In the 3 years I have been going to this branch they have not picked up their phone a single time. Recently I had 6 different people from Citi Executive Team try to reach the branch, they called the regular number, emergency number, the branch manager direct number, emailed the bank, sent IM messages to multiple employees at the branch and zero response. Criminally incompetent service.

Let me start off by saying this is my second negative review of all time. I hate to do this, I am a business owner myself and I know how hard it is to deal with customers but sometimes the experience is so bad that a bad review has to be made. I've been coming to this branch since October of 2018 which is when I moved to my new place and requires me to pay rent at a Citibank branch. Today, June 2019 I came to pay Rent and they've decided to ask me for my social security # (when they've never asked for this before) I have no issues with the rules and laws of this or any branch but when I asked how come I've never been asked for this before and to please show me proof that this is one of your requirements the manager didnt even want to reply. The Manager's name on Duty according to this card is Adrian Lageyre and I have to say that his management skills are below standard. When I told him there is an issue with your staff since this has never been asked of me before he said that there was nothing I could do. Well, there is something you could do. Fire your staff and get new staff that makes everyone follow the rules from Day one. The main issue here (aside from giving you my social) is the way you guys approached the problem and not providing me with a clear answer but rather answered in a rude matter both the manager and the young lady who was taking care of me. They need management skills. IF YOU CAN, AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!!!

I made $600 dollar cash deposit in the atm and the atm eat the money without reflecting the deposit in my account. The branch manager and all the staff were completely unhelpful and arrogant. They didn’t try to help me and told me to call the 1800 number, when I called they said it would take 10 business days for me to get my money back while they did an ‘investigation’. I am completely chocked over the fact that this can even happen, the terrible costumer service, basically none existent, and how I am left without my money until who knows when. Worst bank EVER!
