Very poor customer service. Only one employee was at the store on 135th and 120th St. She was very rude and unhelpful. Women shoes on display looked very cheap. Girl and toddler shoes looked nice but not worth going back! I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a retail store. The blonde cashier was with a very bad attitude and did not help me whatsoever. I wanted sandals with a $10 label and other sandals. The lady then said the $10 label was a mistake & that they’re actually 26$ (not my fault) so I ended up taking the black sandals. The lady didn’t even tell me they had buy one get one 50% and so I left and returned like 15 minutes after for the 50% off the next shoe and the lady said it couldn’t be done because they were different transactions. :)

Worst shoe place in Miami. Not even 1 week of wearing heels and strap broke. They are not even willing to help you out with the awful quality of heels. Save your time and money go to a different shoe store!

I bought a pair of sandals a few weeks ago and they broke the strap inbetween toes. I went to. Chiffino in london square as the time on the website says open till 6. I got there at 5:02 and The girls were in there and ignoring my calls and knocking i deserve a new pair of sandals i have never had this problem w any purchase but these i refuse to repurchase when i purchase a new sandal with no issues its sad i have no issues w my other sandals in different colors. I will go personally and speak to the manager since the lack of communication isn't set for clients.

Terrible customer service overall! From attendant to cashier..... looks as is they are doing you a favor when showing shoes. Attitude, rolling eyes, bothered ñ. Need to change staff or train adequately. I've gone many times, but had it! Will not go back! Chiffinos you lost a customer!

Horrible customer experience. I called the Coral Way location to ship a strap for a purse placed on hold at the London Square location. I was told that a person would contact me when the strap gets to the location to pick up. No one called and strap was sold. There’s NO communication among locations and personnel are inexperienced. Very disappointed.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Please review your exchange/return policy. I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes for my granddaughters as a Christmas gift. The shoe style runs like two numbers too small and didn't fit. After Christmas I took the girls to the store to exchange the shoes and was told that since 30 days has passed already they could only exchange them for the same style and color of shoes which they didn't have any in their size. They did not allow an exchange for any other style of shoes in their size. I understand the 30 day policy is written in the receipt but it really makes no sense to me, that I could not exchange them for any other style even if I had to pay more for the difference . It was just heartbreaking to leave the store with the girls without their shoes. One very disappointed customer here, You probably dont care but I will never shop at your store again.

I'll give 2 stars just to be nice....need a lot to improve in customer service. I was planing to buy 2 or 3 pairs of sandals. The attendant was better than the one in charge....
